I called RAP to have them come and give me an estimate to peform the work listed. Richard returned the call promptly and made an appointment to come and see the property. He called back for a confirmation and arrived on time. The work began as scheduled and all went extremely well. Due to the weather, the painting had to wait for better weather but I was kept informed. As soon as the weather conditions improved, they came and finished the job. My property was always left clean and in good condition. Richard is a hands on owner. His company has a long reputation for excellence and Richard's pride in his work is the reason. I would highly recommend using this company.

It came out well. He went over the windows a little bit and washed on the deck a little bit, he washed my deck furniture as well. They were good. They got out there quickly, they got out there the same week I called them. They were on time, they did their thing, they didn't interfere with us at all and they did a good job.

Cleaned gutters. Hammered in gutter nails that were sticking out. I have 3 story house so price reflects this.

Richard and Tim arrived at the scheduled time. Set-up and cleaning went well. Cleaned up afterwards so the site was better than when they arrived.

He and his helper performed that work as described and in addition to this he also unclogged the underground pipes and repaired part that was not working properly. They took away the debris from the gutters. Both were very pleasant and had an appropriate sense of humor. Price was fair and I will be making arrangements with RAP next spring to paint my home and garage. The price given for that service is also very reasonable.

Rich performed an outstanding job. He was prompt and punctual and gave an in person estimate. His price was below the other estimates I received and based on the reviews here, I decided to go with Rich. He always returned my calls and if he was running late at another job, called to let me know. He showed up promptly and he and his son went right to work. Our house was in dire need of a deep clean, and mold/mildew/algae was evident.My home looks outstanding - it sparkles ! He not only did an excellent job but also went above the scope of the job, removed debris from the gutters and cleaned the roof. He even repaired some of the minor gutter issues that he could address. I would definitely recommend Rich and would definitely use him again, not only for power washing but for his painting. I am very confident in his workmanship.

Rich came and gave an in-person estimate very quickly after I called. He was the lowest estimate I received. Normally I don't go with the lowest estimate but he really seemed to know what he was talking about so I decided to chance it. I'm glad I did! He arrived on time and spent 5 1/2 hours pressure washing my house. In addition to just the siding, he washed out the gutters, windowsills, and front steps. He also nailed on a piece of my gutter that was falling off - I hadn't even noticed it, but he did. Rich does not advertise "window cleaning" as part of his service, but in addition to my siding, my windows are all sparkling. I would definitely recommend Rich and will use him again.
