Arbor Barber Tree Service

The Arbor Barber originally stated he would return to remove the last 1/2 tree within one month of completing the original work. After a the end of the summer of he stated on a number of occasions that he'd be back shortly. He never returned to complete the work. In June 2015, after multiple calls, I wrote a letter requesting a refund for 1/2 tree, work which was not completed, not date I have not received a reply. I would not recommend using this provider.

Went awful. When the tree came down it came down on my shed. Devin said he would not charge me for the work and would get me a new shed. Left my yard a mess. I had to put the furniture back, had to pick up water bottles that were left all over the yard. I had to pay for a new shed and almost a year late I still have the big tree truck branches in my yard..

We had trees taken down and tree limbs cut back.

Communication was not good. Met with him in April and got the estimate. Told him the work needed to be done before the end of July. No problem we thought. Calls went unanswered. Must have left 20 messages and emails without response. Had to find a different company to complete the project. It was unfortunate because he seemed like a nice guy. Maybe he was too busy. I wish him luck but we wouldn't use him in the future.

Two trees were struck by lightning the night before we left for vacation. Arbor Barber had recently done some great pruning work so we called and left a message. Two days later we got an email from the neighbors saying it was all taken care of. So nice to come home to a clean back yard where two trees had been down on the ground when we left.

Arbor Barber Tree Service Company is an excellent provider. They were prompt. They gave me a quote first, did the work and sent me a bill. Everything was good.
