They were very polite and professional. My only issue was not having a concrete appointment for when they were coming; I only new that they’d do my survey within two weeks of my request and randomly found out that they were on my premises while I was at work because my RingCam notified of movement around my house.

I would not recommend Leeper Land Group because for receiving my survey by mail I had to call them twice. They did not make the whole service as they promised , problem started after they surveyed, bad communication and customer service...

Received an immediate response and explanation of the process. Took a few days for the appraisal and I had to follow up a couple times for the report. But once completed I did receive a PDF copy via email and duplicate copies via mail.
