From the start, Kyle from Kaye Hydronics, was pleasant to speak to and professional. He took the time to discuss a Tankless Water Heater(TWH) to replace an existing THW, which was improperly installed by the original home owners. He knew the pipe configuration was incorrect, and explained that he needed to install the correct configuration so that the new TWH would be under Warrantee. He quickly provided me with an agreeable quote for all the parts, material, and labor. On day of the repairs, he laid out temporary sheets to protect my floor and went straight to work. He walked me through each phase of the project and answered every questions I threw at him. After the TWH was installed, he tested the hot and cold water and explained that the water needs to flow till it runs clean. He also explained that these units need to be maintained and flushed out every 12-18 months to keep the TWH maintained and under warrantee. Thanks Kyle for your patients, kindness, and overall professionalism. Looking forward to working with him again!
