This may have been the best shopping experience in my life! I can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else to buy appliances. Yoeli was very knowledgeable about all the appliance choices and features (far more than Loews, Home Depot, and P.C. Richards) and provided a price that was thousands less for the bundled sale than anywhere else. He was the only one to bring to our attention that there were special manufacturer rebates to take advantage of (Nearly $1,000 in rebates). He arranged for the rebate paperwork even before we gave him a dime (sales was COD). Installers and delivery arrived like clockwork when promised and they confirmed delivery time in advance. The installers were the nicest people, installing the microwave to our exact specifications and even replacing the water line for the refrigerator at no charge. Everything they did was perfect and beyond our expectations. In the future, if there is something I need and they carry it, I will be going there. Rating them only an "A" doesn't do them justice.

The appliances were delivered after Hurricane Sandy. Customer Service provided me with helpful suggestions regarding each appliance. They were delivered on time as promised. The delivery people set up each appliance without any problems.

provider arrived ontime and diagnosed issue with washing machine. looked up the parts needed and service charges for that. ended up being slightly less than new washer. ended up buying new washer, but repairman seemed knowledgeable.

This part of my renovation went well. Town Appliances prices were the best of my 4 searches. I gave to them a list of the appliances I wanted, they gave me prices. No hassle. No charge for delivery. When I was ready to buy, we set up a delivery date, and I was called either the day before or early that morning with an approximate delivery time. Appliances came on time, uncrated in the street, and delivered into my home.
