Marc is the consummate professional. He is so thorough and takes his time and explains everything. He has tools to test for so many potential issues and he actually found a huge gas leak in the house that could have been very dangerous. The gas company came immediately and shut off the gas to the home, the current owners had no idea. His reports are thorough and easy to understand and Marc is always available to explain any areas or answer questions even weeks after the inspection. I have recommended him to so many people and plan to use him again.
