DO NOT USE. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Hard to get a hold of at first and then finally scheduled a job to do our kitchen backsplash at 8 am yesterday morning. He didn’t show up. He didn’t even have the decency to call and say that he wouldn’t show up.

This project went perfectly. The professionalism and workmanship were A-One from start to finish. The wall is more beautiful than we imagined . We highly recommend using this contractor. Cost for this job was more than fair.

I contacted Ryan from Picanisco Tile in early January, based on reviews from Angi’s List. Ryan contacted me within minutes and came out the next day for an estimate, the estimate was also provided soon after, in which I accepted the next day. I booked him for the job, he was a few weeks out which was fine. Communication and follow up was great until I reached out to him a few weeks later to confirm that he would be coming the following week as we had agreed to. It was taking days for him to respond when originally it was always within minutes. He responds that he has COVID and would be out of commission for a few weeks, I was again OK with it and with everything going on, I wouldn’t have minded even waiting a month or so being that we wanted to work with him. We finally agreed to start the job the week of March 8th, prior to that week, I had reached out to him 3 times (2 times via text as well as a phone call) to reconfirm the start date, but no response, never to be heard from again. This is after I spent 2K on tiles at the place in which he had referred me to. So I went on his Instagram page and he was posting just about every other day of the project he was working on right around the same time he had COVID as well as the same time he ghosted me. He even got a few Angi reviews where the date of project completed was right around the time he stopped communicating with me. Based on my experience I would not recommend him, being that I felt he was very unprofessional to not even have the courtesy to respond, ultimately delaying my project.

Ryan was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Above all else, he worked very clean with a fantastic attention to detail and it shows in our final product. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs tile work!

Ryan was absolutely AMAZING!! He’s so polite, knowledgeable and respectful. I had a hand made tile for my backsplash and Ryan pointed out inconsistencies and I had to have the tile all remade. His attention to detail is what saved me and now it looks amazing. He’s clean and wiped up all my floors and honestly was a pleasure to have in my home. I can’t say enough good things about him but more importantly how trilled I am with the job he did, you will NOT be disappointed.

What a wonderful experience!!!! The floor looks great and what a nice pleasant person to deal with. He is a perfectionist and even though my job was only a bathroom, he made me feel that my floor was extremely important to him for me to be pleased.
