Performed service on a Saturday evening after hours (great) with a $50 extra service fee (OK, I accepted that). After replacing a transformer available online retail for $35 I was charged 10X mark-up for a total of $490.95. Spoke to Ray who explained that I was lucky to get the after hours service (yes, though I paid for it) and that the high parts price was reflective of the time the service was performed (What? Not according to the technician). This is the 2nd time I've had a billing issue with Petro and the 2nd time my perspective was flatly dismissed. My advice if using them: Watch out for 10X parts mark-up.

I called to see if I was a new customer what the rate would be and responded cant give that over the phone called 3 other oils companys in area and they said 2.60 was the going rate. needless to say I was ******;.
