still waiting to hear back from company. the cleaning was non existent. staff was courteous but quality of service was deplorable.

I am semi= pleased with the service however I did complain a few months ago regarding the lack of a thorough job on the bathroom and kitchen floors. However they are willing to come back to redo anything you complain about, and then make notes in your file to be sure to do it correctly from that point on. I probably can get the service a little cheaper from someone else but I hate to start over with a new service. If they raise the cost again, I will probably have to look, though. I have recently canceled service with the company due to their decision to increase the price dramatically, since I told them I was putting hardwood floors in 3 rooms. Apparently they feel that cleaning hardwood is so much more difficult than carpeting.

There is always one person that is familiar with your house. They come with a book that has the information that needs to be done in your house. They rotate rooms to be deeply cleaned. They are fairly priced. THey are very dependable. They also use green products

It is not working out, I am in the process of finding another cleaning company or individual. They respond but never fix the problem. I want my house cleaned not pay someone to come for 1 1/2 hours and do something my grandchildren can do.

They were okay but did a good job. I would use them but they were little expensive so I think I might go to somebody around the area. They did everything. They were nice. They did a good job.

I used their services but I cancelled it. The cleaners damaged the wood under my glass table and they got some bleach on my towels in my bathroom. I used them a few times and they kept requesting different things so I thought I would rather clean it up myself. They said they would do hardwood floor but they didn’t. They were pricey. They have a strict policy that they come out on the next day and fix the problems but if it’s a Saturday they wouldn’t come out on the Sunday. They were punctual. Some cleaners were good and some were rude. First time they sent 2 of their best ladies and then after that they would send women who were on their first day of the job. I requested for the same women but I never got them again.

They looked like they would be a good option but they seemed a little expensive for what we needed. They were responsive and prompt.

They were very good but a bit expensive. I may go back to them but I felt that they were expensive.
