I called and the person that answered the phone was very unprofessional. I was asked to send a picture of the lock and never got a respond back. He never called me back to tell me if he can do the job or even set up a time to come over to look at the problem. Poor customer service.

Dropped off 26 keys to be made Jim took care of making the keys & keep all the keys in the order that I gave it to him. Very friendly & organized. All the keys worked! Great service.
