We were pleased from the very beginning to the very end of our roof replacement. Our salesman, Will, is a straight talking gentleman who explained every detail of the project to us. Being a contractor myself I feel he gave us a very fair price and I felt very confident that we made the right decision to use All County. After signing the paper work for the contract and financing we waited just a few weeks for the work to begin...based on scheduling and of course the weather. They promised that once the work began that it would continue until it was complete...and they did! Actually because of rain the project was postponed in the middle for only a day or two but the roof was always 100% secure before they left for the day. The foreman for our project was a top notch professional. He went out of his way to make sure that we knew what was going on at all times. He took the time to explain every detail and answered all of my questions. The crew of men doing the work were all polite courteous and extremely hard working!! I was very impressed! A day after the work was completed they sent a clean up man to sweep the property and driveway for debris and used a magnet to locate any overlooked nails. They removed the dumpster and left me with a beautiful new roof. I would also like to add that I have a very tricky roof configuration that required special attention that the previous roofer from 30 years ago didnt bother with. All County put a lot of thought into how they would handle my situation and I feel quite confident that I have a new roof that will last without leaks for the next 20 years or more! Bottom Line: I would highly recommend All County Roofing!

The quote we received from All County was almost the best quote we received. I say almost because we received a quote from a friend who gave us a great price and performed the work and did an excellent job. Had he not been available, we would have definitely gone with All County. They were professional, prompt, and on time and had the answers to all our questions and were by fare less expensive than the two other quotes we received (not including my friend). I would highly recommend them!

Excellent work. Recently had a few shingles loose ( a year later) and they immediately came out to fix it without any hassle. The house is on the waterfront and sustains heavy wind. Roof is holding up nicely so far. Satisfied.

I called, they arrived when promised. I did not have to be home. Received a bill in the mail, paid the bill. Everything was flawless.

The weather was extremely uncooperative for about several days after we scheduled the estimate, then when we were finally able to schedule the work, the weather kicked in again! After almost another week of calling back and forth due to our missing their calls, (schedules collide at the worst times!), we were finally able to nail down a date for the guys to fix our roof. They came the morning of, fixed it, and were well away before, yes, it decided to cloud over once again in the afternoon and get really damp! Overall, we were very pleased with their honesty at what exactly needed to be done, showing up on time, and leaving our place spic and span; one would never know we had work done.

Project was actually completed last year. After getting several estimates, we elected to use All County Exteriors. Our house is a Tudor and we wanted to keep that style. All County started by tearing off the existing stucco which was a major project. Once that was completed, the house was wrapped with a weather barrier and then covered with James Hardie fiber cement panels. Then trim boards went up which first required literally hundreds of cuts to be made. Lastly, new gutters were installed. Everyone from the salesman, office staff and especially the work crew were outstanding. They were extremely hard workers, prompt, courteous and receptive to all of our requests. Considering the scope of the job which lasted almost 4 weeks, things went very smoothly. The only issue we had was that some areas that were touched up did not match the existing paint. When we brought this to their attention, they took corrective steps to rectify the problem. Once that was done, we were completely satisfied with the how the project turned out.

They were wonderful to work with. We couldn't be happier with the work they did. The salesman came out and explained in detail about the product, answered all our questions. The workmen came out and did a wonderful job, they were meticulous about cleaning up. I have dealt with other contractors and they were by far the best. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone. The windows are top quality.

All County representatives did a walk through of out home during holiday break between Christmas and New Years. He spend a long time doing the estimate. It was several hours in getting all the measurements and was he longest of the three companies we got quotes from. Did appreciate His quote was in the middle of the three quotes we received. In the quote we thought it was odd that all window no matter the size where quoted with the same price. In the end we had quotes from three companies all with good Angie List and BBB rating. We had a walk through of a neighbor home who used another company who raved about their work. We did not have any reviews of All County work except Angie List so we went with the other company, Duraplex.

They did a great job! We were very happy with the service. They were very professional and cleaned up before leaving. The entire company was very courteous. They were here to do the job and they did it in a timely manner.

I signed the contract in mid October and was promised roof would be done before Thanksgiving, and it was. The edge vent was a surprise, and additional cost but I knew I didn't have soffit vents, and it was previously explained that I needed airflow from soffit to ridge for proper ventilation. This edge vent is installed under the first course of shingles after a slit is made in the roof decking. This was a money saver as they didn't have to remove my aluminum trim to put the vents in the soffits. They came on time, the crew finished the roof in one day. They checked for nails, and another associate came on Monday to recheck. All scheduling goes through office, so unless you hear from them don't expect otherwise. The trim repair was done the day after Thanksgiving, and the gutters within the next week. The gutter crew made sure to ask which direction I wanted the leaders to drain. And they called the next day during a downpour to make sure everything was draining the way I wanted. That crew also told me that I had missing caulking on vents on my addition roof which was not replaced. I called the office and asked for someone to come out to remedy this, with no rush, and office called back within a few days to schedule. That associate also said my vent pipe covers were cracked and caulk would only last a few months, and suggested they be replaced, to which I agreed. Everything was cleaned up perfectly, anything that was moved was replaced without having to ask. Roofing is weather controlled, so we did have one reschedule. I was concerned that if the roof was started on a Saturday, and not finished I would have to wait until Monday for completion, but the office assured me that the crew would return on Sunday, should it be necessary. But would definitely recommend All County, and would use them again.

We had received 6 estimates and went with All County Exteriors and liked there material. They did the job well. They cleaned up and took everything with them. We had not complaints. Salesman would get right back to us when we had any questions.

Most of the work on the roof went great, they had it done quickly, using good Timberline shingles. The only gripes I have are that the electrician they said would call us took over 2 weeks to call, and we were not kept up to date with the progress of him coming out. At times it felt like he wasn't going to come out to hook up the attic exhaust fan, but when he did finally get here he was quick. The back gutter I thought would be done on the same day by the roofers was done while we were out of town a while later. Overall we really like the company and everything they stand for, good work ethic, quality materials, and quality workmanship. We were referred to them by a neighbor at another address we lived at. We are considering using them for many other projects we have to have done around the house.

Didn't hear from them for over a month after they came to the house. It was obvious that they wanted to sell more than a roof job. New soffits, new skylights, new gutters, the whole enchilada. Definitely didn't listen to what we told them we wanted, which was a roof job only. We think they didn't get back to us in a timely manner because our job wasn't big enough for them.

They were fine and I had no issues with them. They did a nice job. Their pricing, 3 years ago was pretty good. I had Timberline shingles, they stripped those off and put on new ones. They cleaned up well and even came along with a magnet that they rolled across the ground and it picked up all the stray nails. They also brought a dumpster and took that away too after they were done.

They wanted to side the house for $7,000. They did not come up with a solution. You would think a company with construction experience would find a real solution.

From the initial visit by the salesman, the courtesy of the office staff, high quality and professionalism of the craftsmen, to the final finishing touches - they did an excellent job. Roof, gutters and leaders look excellent. They followed my requests to the letter and even made adjustments in gutter and leader sizes to accommodate those requests - all under the original quote - no nickel and diming nonsense. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Well done!!!

We first reached out to them in June 2014. We told them what we wanted to do in detail: 1) installation of whole house Anderson windows (windows to be purchased and provided by homeowner- not included in estimate) 2) removal of house shingles 3) installation of Tyvek housewrap 4) installation of dutch lap Vinyl Siding, 5) wrapping porch columns with aluminum 6) Construction of portico and 7) adding shutters, dentil molding, and window crossheads to front of house. We spoke to a sales rep named Jeff on the phone before we had them come to visit us because we wanted to tell them what we wanted done and see if their company offers those services. He said yes, so we scheduled a visit. Jeff came to visit us and was very nice. He said that he needed a different person to come to give us a price on the window and portico portion of our project and that someone would be in touch. We never heard back from him. We emailed him and he said that his crew was busy but someone would be in touch. We never heard back so we again contacted him to see when someone would come to give us an estimate. He emailed us that he didn't think the company could help us. A waste of our time and theirs.

Nothing bad that stands out in my mind. They were very efficient and friendly.

I contacted All County for an estimate on a roof and new gutters for my home. The salesman was a little early for the appointment, which was no problem. We were very pleased with the salesman. He was very courtious, helpful and not pushy as we have experienced in the past with other salespeople. the appointment lasted about one hour. We decided to go with All County and were very pleased with the work and the two crews who came out to our home. The roof was done on a Thursday and the gutters on Friday. All the work was done expertly and the the crews worked cleanly with all of the materials. It was a great job for the price and the workmanship. Will recommend All County to all my friends and anyone who needs home repairs done on their homes also.

I contacted the provider to evaluate a leak in our roof and replace some siding in that had blown off in a storm. I was advised the scheduling department would call me when their crews were in the area and they could not provide an estimate how long this would take. I advised them our schedule was somewhat restrictive due to our work obligations and that we need to know in advance when they are coming so our work schedules can be adjusted. I have never been contacted to set up a time to evaluate the work to be done. More than 1 1/2 months has passed since I called them to set up service.
