They came and gave a good estimate. They came on time, cleaned up, and left. They did everything they said they would and they had the correct paper work required to remove the asbestos.

We needed to get lead abatement and have new windows done through the RREM program in new jersey. I was using the state list for approved contractors and called over 20 of them. No one got back to me until I called AAA Lead Professionals. From the moment I talked to them they took a wate off my shoulders. They talked to the PM o They came to my house twice for estimates and to discuss preparation before the job started. He even dealt with our insistence on a thorough contract.because we don't trust contractors even know this took some time. The day they were scheduled to start the showed up with a 7 man crew and got done a day earlier then expected. They were profesional, clean and nice to deal with. Joseph went out of his way to help us get through the project. They were really a miracle find for me.

They left some stuff on the lawn before they left. They guy saved me a little bit of money by convincing the health inspector that one part of where the lead had to be removed was going to be covered up with the new windows that we had installed over top. But turns out that the strips of wood that hold windows in, we were told by the health inspector that they would still be exposed when the windows were put in. When the window guys came they just threw them all away, because they were in the way. I had these pieces of wood that hold the old windows in that I had stripped and they were thrown out. In the end I really spent a lot of money for nothing. I don't know if the lead guy knew that those were going to be thrown out.

Him and his crew came out to start the project. I was asked to relocate from my home until the project was complete. I left him my only key to my home for daily access while I was residing elsewhere. When the project was nearing completion, he mailed the key to me and when I returned home the project was not %100 complete and my home had been burglarized with no signs of break in. Once I noticed the job was incomplete I contacted him immediately with questions about this and he said he was aware of the project not being finished and he promised to complete it within the next three days, which was done.
