carpet installation
+ -1 moreI paid Claude $500 for sale and installation of carpet. I have called him since December to return the money b/c he would not install the carpet. I had heard from him in months with repeated calls to him. I had to call the police in Manchester to have him return my money. He returned $200, and was supposed to give back the rest on 08/21/08 and then he said he could not do it then and said he would have it by 08/25/08 and we have yet to hear from him and he is not accepting any phone calls from us.
Description of Work: Claude was paid to install carpet in my home in December.
