I have had RYB Electric to complete two tasks to install a hot tub and to reattach my electric panel meter to my external wall. They arrived on time and professional completed my request. I would recommend them for any electrical installation.

Excellent job

We hired RYB Electric to replace a bathroom heater fan. We were quoted one price on the phone and the price changed when we asked for the bill. He tried to charge us for 4 hours labor even though it was only 3 hours labor. We settled on 3 1/2 hours. At the completion of the job we asked for the bill and he told us what we thought was the final price. He returned with the bill and he added $15 for parts. He said that he charges for travel time when he lives about 5 miles away from our home. He also stated that he charges for the time to write up the bill?? Really ?? He didn’t bring his receipt book with him and he had to drive home to write it up. We’re Not paying him to drive home to get it for something he forgot. He did a good job installing the fan and fixing the wiring but seems to have a strange concept regarding what’s an acceptable charge. When we texted him about what we were unhappy about he called us back and was extremely rude.

I was referred to RYB by my friend who had work done in her home. RYB worked in our house for 2 days. We had a variety of things that needed to be done .... New breakers, new ceiling fans installed, old outlets replaced, older fans needed work, high hats that were not installed properly and needed to be replaced. Sebastian and his brother Kasper did an excellent job! They were thorough, meticulous and extremely professional. I will be recommending them to all of my friends. You won't be sorry with their services! We are thrilled with the work that they provided us. 🤗
