We were experiencing multiple brownouts at the house and I contacted Norris Electrical based on a neighbor's referral. Gerry the owner came out the day we called him and quickly identified the problem (the outside meter sockets were missing or corroded which caused power spikes and arcing). Because of its severity he juggled his schedule around so that he could purchase the parts and come perform the repair the next day. He was incredibly polite and professional to work with, showed up on time, got the job done quickly and completely, and left the work area clean. Now my power is rock steady and I no longer risk an electrical fire due to a faulty meter socket. I would absolutely use him again!
