Description of Work: Best in the business! From the very first phone call to the very last inspected item, Eagle Home Inspections is the best inspection company that your money can buy! The secretary was very nice and accommodating in setting up a date for everything to be completed. The home inspector, Ed, was very friendly and very thorough in his inspection. He pointed out every little detail and gave specific solutions for anything that was wrong or would be going bad in a short period of time. It was well worth the money and peace of mind to know how to solve anything wrong with my property. I highly recommend using this company.. I HIGHLY doubt there is anyone better!!!

Description of Work: My husband and I are buying an older home in Essex Cty. We scheduled our home inspection over the phone with Ed's wife/ office manager who was super nice and helpful. Ed arrived 15 minutes early and got started. He was very thorough and allowed us to follow him throughout the entire 3.5 hours he was there. He left no stone unturned and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He even put us in touch with an asbestos remediator while we were at the house. He was very knowledgable in every area. Ed was professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Let me explain. My buyer clients hired Eagle Home Inspection. I'm not sure what the charge was - this was a relocation and a number of inspections had already been performed by the relocation company, making the cost of Eagle's services somewhat less because of unneeded tests/examination. Both my clients and myself were very pleased with the service, including the actual inspection and the written report.. Eagle does a thorough. fair and honest inspection and evaluation of the subject property. I recommend them highly.
