I give them an F for lack of communication. I had to call their office multiple times to find out when exactly the repairmen were coming to our house. They installed a new roof back in 2012 and did a great job but their customer service has gone down the tubes.

Called and emailed to discuss a new construction project. Was told someone would get back to me. Followed up three times and never heard back. Kept being told by office manager that someone would call me to discuss the project. That was over a month ago.

This project went very smoothly. The Project Manager, Billy, was attentive and returned calls/texts immediately. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. These guys came in and worked straight through, every day. They did a great job cleaning up too. No slacking off here. I am very pleased with the outcome and well worth the cost. Would hire again.

Went very well and I was very impressed wih the installers. I did not have to take down any of the shades or drapery hardware, they were all taken down for me and installed as needed. The work was done cleanly and efficiently and it became obvious the guys doing the work were excellent carpenters. They cleaned up as they went from room to room and rewrapped all the aluminum casings on the windows. The windows are gorgeous and and I was very glad I went with Wayne Johnson,.

We did not receive a call back from either message. We cannot speak for their work. Based on our neighbor's good experience we thought they might be a good option for our project. Try them, hopefully you'll have a better success rate for reaching them and getting an appointment.

Work began at 8 am. Workers began removing old roof while crane delivered shingles on roof. I left for work, came back about 1pm and workers were laying shingles. The yard was a mess with debris but 1 worker was putting debris in the dumpster. I went back to work and returned about 4pm. The yard was clean and 2 different workers were installing the gutter guards and said the roofers had left. I went inside and within an hour those 2 workers had left. No one rang the bell or told me if the job was completed nor did anyone ask me for the balance of the money. After 2 days I called the company telling them I didn't know if the job was completed because nobody told me it was. Within 3 days I received a bill for the balance. Still, no one called to assure me the job was completed. I climbed the roof to inspect the job and noticed the counterflashing around the chimneys was not done as promised. I called the company and the salesman and told them what I had found. The salesman came by and he agreed the job was not done right. He said to give him a few days. About a week later I received another bill for the balance. I waited several more days and called the company explaining they were supposed to come back a week ago to fix the chimney flashing. I also called the salesman again and left a message on his cell. That afternoon they called and said someone would be there in 2 days to fix the chimney flashing. They came the day they promised, repaired the flashing, and did a great job. I finally paid them.

We are just going through the planning process right now, because they can setup like architectural plans and all sorts of stuff. They have a fantastic customer service. I would like to grade them fairly highly.

Contacted Wayne Johnson for estimate for roof replacement. A rep came to house on 10/27/2012 with a presentation and proposal. There were changes made to the proposal (additions - crossouts). I contacted them after Sandy and requested an updated proposal which incorporated all the changes. Granted, they were probably busy after Sandy, but I requested the updated proposal a total of three times during the months of November and December, calling their office and leaving messages and spoke to a live person once. I didn't receive a call back from the messages I left. The final request was the last week of December. I never received the updated proposal, nor a phone call to schedule the job. I had also called Sky Tech Construction who had given me a comparable estimate. They had followed up with a phone call a few weeks after giving their proposal asking the status. It was at that time I informed them that I was accepting another proposal. After Wayne Johnson didn't return my calls, I called Sky Tech Construction LLC on Thursday, 1/ 3 to tell them I wanted them to do the roof. The owner from Sky Tech showed up on Saturday 1/5 for me to chose the color shingle, the materials were delivered on Tuesday, 1/8 and the roof was completed on Thursday, 1/9. I can't comment on the quality of the work of Wayne Johnson, because I never got to see it. I gave them a "D" rather than an "F" for professionalism because their presentation was good....good enough for me to decide to use them, but bad because they didn't follow through after their presentation.

Not well at all. I spoke with the office and was told that someone would come out to look at the problem and then give me an estimate. No one showed up. No one gave any reason for the no-show so I won't be using them to replace and/or repair my gutters.

Rick came by our house and gave us an estimate for a complete re-roof of our home. After we agreed upon the proposal, he later called us and told us they could get the job done the following week. It was all done in one day and we were very pleased with their work.

The job from beginning to end was done in a professional manner. The salesman Will V. was also the person that was on the job making sure the workers did the job specs as we agreed in the contract. The job was done on time and with no hidden fees. My home looked beautiful when done and the workers cleaned up the entire job site when done working every day. I would recommend Wayne Johnson for any remodeling job big or small.

They first gave me an estimate for and came out for the job when I hired them. They did excellent work. Their pricing is good. They were on time. They did the work in a timely manner. They got back to me for a review. I was very satisfied with Wayne Johnson and Sons Inc. Company. I would definitely recommend them.

They've done work for me in the past. He lives in the neighborhood and he has done 2 of my neighbor's roofs. They are very reliable and good people. They've been in the business for a long time. There's nothing that I don't like about them. They are very good. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

The roofing job is great! Very professional. Done on time and quickly. However, I am still waiting for the gutters to be completed as was part of the contract. They began the job a week ago, and as of today have left the job half done. Continued calls to the company have resulted in some concern and many promises by the person leading this job. I may tune back in to change this grade soon. It would be all "A"s, if not for the gutter crew.
