The lawn crews schedule was always consistant and they did a good job. A problem arose when the July 2016 invoice arrived. That bill amounted to $674.10 for grounds and shrub maintenance. That excessive amount prompted me to review past invoices. The results proved telling. Between September 2013 and July 2016, Grounds maintenance costs increased 48%; while Shrub maintenance costs increased 40.8%. And that’s in just 3 years!
