Description of Work: After reading the glowing reviews of this company on Angies List I contacted them on May 18, 2013, to set up an appointment. We agreed they would arrive at 10:00 a.m. on May 25th. My husband and I arranged our morning to be here to speak with them. When they had not arrived at 10:30 a.m. I called the office and spoke with Heidi, asked where her representative was. She replied that she was so sorry, that with the rain and all her guy could not get here. She wondered if he could come out later today. I told her it was extremely unprofessional for her representative and for her to have not contacted me earlier to share this information. Why would I want to work with a company that is unable to keep an appointment for an estimate and so unprofessional that they could not let me know before I had to call their office 30 minutes after the scheduled time.

Jefferson and his team did an excellent job. They performed the work exactly as requested. They were very attentive to our needs, extremely neat and professional. Description of Work: Are house is sided in heavy cedar panel that needed to be power washed and cleaned with soap/bleach. Jefferson and his crew cleaned the entire large 2 story house in one day. The next day they came back and power washed are deck that is well over 1,000 sq feet. A couple days later they returned to prime & paint the house. Delay was only due to rain. The priming took a full day as the cedar siding needed to be done by hand (no sprayers or rollers) First coat of paint was applied the next day with brush and roller. While first coat dried on the house they primed the deck and railings. Another tedious job. Returned a day later after another day of on/off rain and did a second coat on the house with sprayer and brush. The finish came out excellent. They even cleaned & painted the basement window wells and trim. Are deck was painted the following day and looks great. We asked (while doing the deck) if they would prep and paint are front door now that the house looked 10x better. They immediately buffed and preped the door with primer while we went and purchased a quart of paint. They kept everything tidy and removed all the garbage and plastic. We recycled all the empty paint cans. I shoud note that we purchased our own paint from Benjiman Moore that totaled approx $800-900 The quality of paint was well worth it. Jefferson followed through with a great job and responded to all our questions and last minute add-ons. Price was fair and very reasonable. Thank You, Jefferson & crew

Description of Work: Jefferson painted my cape cod home, replaced all rotted wood, replaced all old gutters, power washed my roof and replaced damaged roof tiles, redid all window frames with new attractive mouldings and rebuild a crumbling concrete step onto my patio. He did an excellent job and his two workers who worked with him were polite, hard working young men. Jefferson is a trustworthy contractor. He makes suggestions but does not pressure you. He also framed out and installed new lattice work on my patio.
