Where do I begin. Scenic View was not the cheapest, but he came to me with the most professional approach and had the most enthusiasm for competing for my business. This enthusiasm continued after he cashed the check, and he was determined to get me the kind of lawn for which I could be proud. To me that's the sign of a true pro. My lawn was a wreck. It hadn't been growing very well in the past few seasons and, with all the trucks driving over it to remove the eight trees that were knocked down by Sandy, it wasn't much more than a dirt road in spots. I needed to be sure that the fence repairs were in place before the lawn work began, so Frank reached out to my fencing contractor and they coordinated their efforts--the day after the fence went in, Frank was there and ready to go. I opted for seed, mostly because of budget, but Frank spread something called "Black Beauty" which isn't something you can get from Home Depot. Several weeks in and I have a deeper, darker lawn than my neighbors, and I couldn't be prouder. Frank kept checking in with me, sending me information on how to start off the lawn the right way, a contact for a fertilizer contractor who I'm definitely calling, and to see how everything was going. When I sent him photos of a few spots where the lawn didn't quite take, he had someone out in 48 hours and I found a bunch of new seed and some re-raked soil. I wouldn't hesitate to use Scenic View Landscaping again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a new start on their lawn.

The over all experience was great. Frank is really good at what he does. He did beautiful landscaping in our front and back yard, keeping in mind our requirements. He is very creative in his job and put his whole mind into his work. We will highly recommend Scenic View Landscaping of any landscaping job and are very happy with his work.

Got in touch with Frank to get my small garden ready for the summer. Replaced the soaker hose and attached it to the leader hose and timer. Set up the timer, put beautiful stones around my Japanese Maple and mulched the whole area with great black mulch. Called him when I went and noticed that the timer was sticking too far out into the driveway (my fault, should have looked before they left) and Frank came within a few hours and fixed the problem. Driveway is very narrow and don't have much wiggle room so anything sticking out too much could be a problem! Thanks, Frank!!!!

Frankie Vaughan is the owner of this company. He was very professional I really liked him. He came, he showed me pictures of the work he had done on his i-pad, he was with his group of guys and when they came to do the work he was quick. Once he left I called him like 15 minutes later and he came a week later and gave me a date when he could come and they did everything in one day. He had very nice customer service. Price wise he was on the pricey side.

It was a phone inquiry, but they responded to my inquriy promtly and thoroughly. They also provided a ball park estimate which helped us narrow down our choices.

We searched for a landscape designer in the area and that was difficult to find. We saw Scenic View's website and was very impressed, however, we saw that most of the work wasn't in this area. Frank knew the area very well and had no problem coming down. Frank created a great design and was able to complete all the work in 2 days. He was on site to supervise the work and assured us that we'd be very pleased. When we saw that there was a problem with the sprinklers, Frank called EcoSystems and they worked together the following day to ensure things were in proper working order. When we arrived home the 2nd day, everything was completed. Frank called that afternoon and we discussed the care of the lawn. Since the work has been done, he's been available with any questions or concerns. Part of the lawn needed his attention a week later and he did not hesitate to come back to remedy the situation at no cost! It looks better than we could of imagined. His design, clean up, customer service and work is superb!

The work was excellent! He did everything he promised and more! They left the job site clean and tidy. The design of the landscaping was wonderful. It looks like a different place. The quality and height of the trees and plants was much more than expected. He gave us advice on how to make the landscaping look and work better. They were the only Landscaper that gave more than one opton on how relanscape our property. One option was much less expensive than the other. He gave detailed instructions on how to water our new plants and even readjusted our sprinkler system to accomadate them . I would highly recommend him for any landscaping jobs you have and will use him again in the future.

I thought Scenic view landscaping did a wonderful job on the quote. I didn't use them because their price is a little high but I would be very comfortable using them.

Scenic View exceeded our expectations. After spending a couple hours with us at the start of the project to discuss the project and our preferences, Frank Vaughan did everything else. He created the design, selected the flowers and trees and the stepping stones for the walkway and introduced us to EcoSystems for the fencing and irrigation work. Scenic View and EcoSystems coordinated the installation schedule between themselves and in just four days everything was finished and we're thrilled with the result.

He made an appointment to view the scope of the work and showed up right as scheduled. He kept in touch with me and provided a detailed estimate including several different scenarios and their accompanying costs. Frank exudes talent and creativity and along with Gary, leads a team of extremely professional individuals. I am blown away by the end result. I decided that my property needed some sprucing up as I admittedly have not stayed on top of upkeep in passing years. I met with 3 other landscaping companies in the area and although they may have been slightly cheaper, I could see from the sample pictures of before and after scenarios, that Scenic View was the right choice. Frank and Gary showed impeccable customer service while they worked with me to ensure that all of my needs and wants were met. Their attention to detail is evident in their work as my property has never looked better. I cannot state enough how impressed I am with Scenic View. The job went excellent. Frank and his staff was very professional, never was bothered by questions I had. There were a few problems that arose (unforseen) and Frank came up with solutions for any issues that arose. You could tell Frank and his team take great pride in their work. I have gotten rave reviews by the neighbors. I had very little in landscaping before this project, and now I just love coming home and seeing the beauty of Franks plan and work. When they were breaking up the concrete that was in place - they were very clean and always left the area clean before leaving for each day. They were great!!!!!! And Franks concept of the overall project really impressed me.

Frankie and his team are top notch. Frankie is honest prompt and reliable. His desgins are unbelieveable. Frankie and his team turned my front lawn from boring to amazing. The landscaping project out front that Frankie and his team completed was beyond my expectations. Before they even started the job the moved a beautiful mid-size tree we had in the front to the back. It's thriving strong after the move they took great care in moving the tree so it would survive the stress of being moved. Frankie works with you and has lots of patiences he will not start a job until you are happy with the desgin. He will go over the types trees, scrubs and plants you can us if you have a favorite he will incorporate in the design. I continue to use Frankie and his team for all my landscaping needs from mowing, mulch, fertilizer always on time, well organzied and efficient.

Everything went exactly as we hoped and expected based on his reviews. Frank was on time for the estimate, multiple follow up consultations and his guys did perfect work. We had many questions and based on the options he helped narrow down for us. He called us back everytime even going as far to email us late on a sunday night just prior to the start of the job. When the guys showed up, Frank was there walking us through the job from start to finish. The crew were courteous, cleaned up perfectly and my neighbors already asked me for his info after they saw what he created for us.

Originally, we saw Scenic View work at the diner on route 9. We contacted the telephone number and Frank Vaughan from Scenic View contacted us back right away. He came out to the house to discuss the original job asked what budget we were looking to work within. He took photos and came back with suggested approaches to meet our needs and work within our budget. Each project work this way. Scenic View would provide a written estimate and on our approval would come within a reasonable time to do the work. The team is neat and always completed the projects as agreed. In additon to projects, we use Scenic View for spring clean up and pruning as well as mid summer pruning and weeding.

My experience working with Scenic View has been very good. I have found them to be easy to work with, professional, on time, and hard workers. All of my plantings were healthy and remained so, and my patio looks fantastic. They are able to also come up with solutions as the moment dictates. We had a problem during installation which required switching the patio from one area to another due to an underground situation we weren't aware of beforehand. Being able to come up with answers to problems quickly and effectively, and still get the job done on time is a great quality which they have. My house had been neglected by the prior owner for many years and was a sore spot on the block. Scenic View helped put new life into it. while paying attention to my desires and needs in the process, and working with me to keep the price within my means. My neighbors, still haven't stopped complimenting me on it - I've even had people from several blocks away stop their cars if they see me to let me know how great it looks now. They show up on time every week to cut the lawn and have been responsive for small issues as well. When the recent hurricane came through, I had a couple of cypress trees which came up out of the ground, one which was bending into a dogwood tree. They came out to trim them back, and stake them up properly and redirect them back into a proper growing pattern. Overall, good experiences from their services no matter what type they are. Very happy I found them.

Contacted Frank who came down the next day to scout out the work. His guys were down the next day and did a GREAT job! Will be contacting him in the spring to come back and set up for the spring/summer!

We needed to trim our plants, shrubs and trees in the front yard. Previously we used two other companies and we weren't really satisfied with them. We reached out to Frank and he was very prompt to return calls. His crew did an excellent job with little instruction. He was a more expensive than other quotes ($250 vs $375), but having dealt with the other companies, you get what you pay for. I would recommend him again to others and I will certainly use him again in the Spring.

I am a Realtor, and I have dealt with HUNDREDS of contractors over the years. HANDS DOWN, Frankie and his team at Scenic View Landscaping are the best contractors in ANY field that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. From the FIRST phone call, when I left a message for Frankie: He returned my call PROMPTLY. We set up a date and time for him to have a look at my property: He was there EXACTLY on time, even a few minutes early! We walked the grounds, and he gave me an HONEST appraisal of what he thought needed to be done to get my yard and home under control. Due to several family illnesses and extenuating circumstances, our yard was the SHAME of the neighborhood. Frankie sent me a quote immediately after we walked the grounds, and a date when he could start. I hired him on the spot, as I got a great "gut" feeling from our first meeting. Frankie and his crew showed up EXACTLY when they said they would, at 7:30 am on the first day. They worked incredibly hard, and in two and one half days, they transformed my JUNGLE of a yard into a thing of BEAUTY. They worked quickly, efficiently, and left ZERO mess. Frankie and his crew not only did the work, but made it clear if there were ANY problems: He would be out to rectify it IMMEDIATELY. He explained what he did, gave us clear written instructions as to when to water and how often, and explained how future, inexpensive maintenance would keep our yard under control and looking beautiful from here on in. Frankie was friendly, professional, HONEST, and clearly KNOWS HIS PROFESSION. I will absolutely be referring Scenic View to all my friends, clients, and other Real Estate professionals. I will absolutely be contacting them in the future to install some landscape lighting, and other goodies!

Contacted Frank and immediately received a return phone call back. Came to our house to discuss what our needs were. He took pictures and returned the following week with a computerized layout of each area of the front yard with planting and bed suggestions. During this visit, Frank discovered a sprinkler system at our property (we are new owners) and worked to get it operational for us. He also gave us a sprinkler company referral for maintenance of system. Frank worked with us to get us close to our original budget. Work was completed in one day and started about a week after we finalized the landscaping design. The team arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They even cut down a few extra shrubs and small trees so the property looked completely clean. We tweaked the landscaping design with suggestions from Frank so that each area looked just right. The lighting installation was very well done and Frank ensured they were placed in the right areas to highlight the landscaping focul points. The front yard looks brand new and we are quite happy with the outcome. The team has even returned a few times to make some additional modifications. Plan to use this company again in the future. Very responsive and excellent customer service.

Frank was great; I had scheduled to have some landscaping done in my yard, a privacy bed along the whole back of the yard and another small bed against the house. In total it was about $4000 worth of plants and labor. I had hired a landscaper, we laid out the plan, the work was scheduled to be done this week in preparation for a holiday party we are having this Saturday. A couple weeks ago he stopped returning my calls and last week I resigned myself to the fact that, he would not call back and I needed another landscaper quick. I called Frank on Wednesday, here turned my call Thursday, came out that night, we talked about what I wanted, and the tight time line. After we spoke for a little bit he said he could do the job on Monday, I decided to take a chance and I hired him on the spot. He called Sunday to confirm that he was coming, showed up on time and completed all the work, plus some extras. I am very happy with the work and will definitely be hiring him for future jobs.
