We couldn't be happier and would recommend Scenic View in a second. We have other landscaping plans in our future and we will only hire Scenic View. Frankie, Chris, and Gary were a pleasure to work with - very polite, professional, and kind. And the crew who came to do the work were hard-working and also very polite. Gary asked us at every point whether we liked it done this way or that and we appreciated the request for our input. He obviously wanted us to be happy and we are. After all the sod was laid down, Gary helped us set up the sprinklers as well, and worked on that until he got it just perfect. A real pleasure to work with and do business with. Really - hire them. You won't be disappointed with their work or how you are treated as a customer. Highly recommended!

The job was completed within a week, which was the original estimate, and we could not be happier with the way everything turned out. I lost count of the number of compliments we have received already. The crew performed the job efficiently and would always let us know what steps were coming next. (1) came estimate and gave list of works done near by promptly; it gave us good idea of what kind of landscaping they done and we like (2) a little bit longer wait(4 weeks) than 2-3 weeks advised to get the work done after deposit and utility mark out; (3) done the landscaping job w/ 4+ peoples professionally and cleanly almost in one day except delayed by PM thunderstorm until next day morning;

I love my new paver patio!!! Chris was fantastic, gave me the idea on the design and location of the patio. I cannot say enough about the crew. It is clear that they are experts in what they do, they did such a wonderful job that everyday I look at my patio and say Wow, I love my patio. It pitches away from the house so when it rains the water flows away and off the patio. This was the best experience that I've had with any type of contractor and highly recommend them for any hardscaping, landscaping needs that you may have. I am going to use them again in the fall and they are my go to for any future landscaping needs. Also, the cleanup was great and Chris and his crew were pleasant and friendly. Just an all around great experience!! If I could post a picture I would but can't figure out how to.

Frank, Gary, and everyone at Scenic View did an amazing job! We started by giving Frank a sketch of how we envisioned our back yard, and he did a great job of interpreting and refining our vision. We had several meetings before the project where we talked through various aspects of the project, and then continued the discussions via phone and emails during construction. In the end, we trusted his professional knowledge and experience to work through the details (e.g., specific plants and placement based on our preferences), and he delivered the type of yard that we had admired in his on-line portfolio of his previous work. Our trust was well placed and we couldn't be happier with the results! The process was very smooth, and Frank was always very responsive when we had questions or comments. They ended up starting the job a couple of weeks after the original estimated time due to weather, but he kept us well updated. We will definitely use Scenic View for any of our landscaping needs in the future.

This is a very professional outfit. They were courteous and punctual and neat and efficient from beginning to end. Even though we hit some snags because we had some communication problems in the middle of the job where either I misunderstood the size of rocks being bought or they misunderstood what I wanted... either way, they had to take back a bunch of boulders and return with new ones and it was a rainy day...not really a lot of fun for anyone. It was too bad about that because the job had been going quite well until that happened. They were very nice about sorting it all out and returning another day to finish the side wall. However, they finished the whole front of the house all on the same day, despite the rain, and it looks fantastic. My neighbors have been asking me about it and complimenting me on it. They did a very nice job. I'm happy with the final outcome. And I mentioned the problem we ran into because it's nice to work with people who are willing to hash out a problem politely if there's an issue. No drama. Just good work ethic and really nice results after. I would recommend them.

Communication and setting up the process for an estimate was a breeze. Really responsive and very easy to contact. Once I specified the details of what I wanted, I got an on the spot itemized quote and set up an approximate date for the work. The landscapers on the job did an incredibly professional job. Everything was done in a way that everything is very straight and even. And it was a lot of resources -- they don't send out just two guys, I got a team of landscapers. They took care to measure out the area and really take their time with how the pavers looked. I would never get this result if I tried to do it myself.They finished the job the same day -- I could not be happier with how everything turned out.

This was the second landscaper to come work at our home. They went above and beyond and fixed the mess that was left of our yard. We have one of the most beautiful yards in the area and it is all thanks to the incredible work of ScenicView Lanscaping. I wish we had them the first time around. They were professional, courteous, and hard-working. The job took but a few days and not a stone was left out of place when they finished. I recommend them to everyone and they are my go to for all lanscaping needs. They work within your budget and are will to help make your dream of a wonderful yard become a reality. Your house is your main investment I suggest having your yard make the statement you want and back your investment.

It went excellent. Because of my short timeline I sent pictures of the new patio to Frank on the weekend, he designed the beds and emailed the drawings/pics back to me later that night. We finalized everything on Sunday and his crew (a large crew) arrived on Tuesday and got most of the job done that day, finishing up on Wednesday morning, 3 days before my 100 person backyard BBQ party. Everybody at the party was amazed at how good the landscaping around the patio looked - as if it had been there for years and not just 3 days.

We can’t thank Frankie, Gary and his crew for the skills and labor they performed in 3.5 days. These guys put in 10+ hour days, in the scorching heat, it was 90F+ each day they were here. His crews perform and make magic happen! Scope of work- Feel free to see attached pics. Our before was a yard that was literally dismantled by our Samoyed boy dog Sebastian, 4 years ago. First the water feature was destroyed in the winter, by ripping out all of the pond liner, then he proceeded to the landscape plants, removed from the ground one by one, then the grass, hole by hole at least 2’ deep by 3’ wide enough to swallow a child, and not one hole but a dozen. The grass died from the digging, the plants non-existent, and our beloved paver patio received no use over the next 4 years. We were hostages in our home with no outdoor space to use or entertain. The moon surface had more character than our backyard After meeting with Frankie, reviewing our yard, measurements, budget, expectations and deliverables discussed, about a week later we received a computer generated rendering of the work to be performed. His attention to detail, understanding our requirements, working with our taste, and style, and he provided a variety of plantings to compliment the overall design, and have a yard that looks gorgeous all year long. I can say we did respond with a few emails with questions, concerns, possible changes. These emails were lengthy, but Frankie took the time, promptly responded to each line item, provided his professional feedback, and left us always with the option to make the final decision. At no point through the 3.5 days did we EVER feel from either Frankie or Gary, pushed in a direction, pressured, or not part of the process. Frankie my apologies for the painfully long, "I think I thought I knew about landscaping then you do emails", I hope you accept my lunches as an apology for the lengthy response emails. ;-) This was a full on Yard Crash. Scenic View installed sod, cut back an existing paver patio and reused the pavers to expand an additional section for an outdoor kitchen. Meticulously constructed an outdoor bar with seating for 4, literally perfectly level. Old grass or what was left removed, yard graded perfectly with not a stone to be found, and new sod laid down without a seam to be seen. At least 60+ plantings their selection of choices, above and beyond! Probably brought in 2 tons of accent boulders for our beds and had them exquisitely placed. Installed audio cable for our outdoor speakers, which they installed! They gave us the option of their landscape lighting, brought a sample we compared to what we purchased, and we chose theirs due to their high quality. Lastly dealt with last minute changes to plant over a dozen Arborvitaes for privacy. Let's be very clear, a majority of Lawn Maintenance companies, aka Grass Cutters, claim to be "Landscapers" by having the word “ Landscaping" in their company name or logo. I can FIRMLY say after meeting 5 different "Landscapers" from Angie's List and Home Advisor at our property, I was surprised and disappointed on the lack of "landscaping” in their service portfolio. These companies can cut grass and lay mulch, but the landscape design was clearly on our shoulders. We can unequivocally attest, without a doubt Scenic View Landscaping meets every definition of the word “Landscaping” with their service portfolio. If you have a “Desperate Landscape” or need some “Yard Crashers” to revitalize your landscape, Scenic View Landscaping should be, must be on your speed dial, top 10 contacts, or a fav in your email, so press send and have them give you the yard makeover you deserve! We were a little disappointed in one area in the back where there was a miscommunication. We thought they were going to dig some weeds, etc out of the area but they are still there. They had a timely response and kept in contact with them.

From the moment Chris came to give me an estimate, I was impressed with his professionalism. He gave me a vision of what my yard could look like after completion. He gave me a list of the plantings he had in mind and asked for feedback. He was patient and listened. He came back once more after the initial visit just to look again. A date was set and he came with the workers. The job took 1 day and my yard was transformed from a jungle to a beautiful yard. The workers were courteous and cleaned up everything before leaving. Chris was a pleasure to work with and his boss should know what an asset he is to the company!

Frankie was extremely responsive, coming out the same day I requested the quote. He was very professional, obviously knowledgeable, and suggested different options for the shrubs we wanted replaced. I was in the process of getting some other quotes and I appreciated the fact that Frankie followed-up a few days after providing his quote expressing his keen interest in doing the job. As it turned out his quote was in the middle of the pack but I felt most comfortable having him do the job based on his professionalism and interest. He also honored the Angie's List coupon which brought it to a very attractive price. We used some of Frankie's suggestions but after doing my own research I had some very specific ideas about the replacement shrubs I wanted him to plant. One was a Slender Hinoki which was somewhat difficult to find in our area. Frankie was persistent and ultimately found us a nice specimen which we really appreciated. It took a few weeks to get on the schedule based on other jobs, the weather, and the time it took to locate the shrubs we wanted but once we were on the schedule Frankie and his crew completed the job on the day promised. I have a drip irrigation system around the shrubs which they were able to work around and lay back down where it needed to be. In addition to planting the new shrubs they did an excellent job trimming, edging, and mulching. I was not able to be there on the day the work was done and when there were questions Frankie called me a couple of times to double check. I must admit I'm very particular about my lawn and landscaping and am somewhat difficult to please but I must say that both my wife and I couldn't have been happier with the job done by Scenic View!

The whole process from start to finish was very easy, accomplished in a short amount of time and keeping us informed throughout. Very easy to communicate with the owner, who had good suggestions from the time he provided the estimated through to the completion of the project. The new plantings have all done well and he achieved my goal of a better looking, lower maintenance yard as yard work is not high on my list of things I enjoy.

I rarely write reviews but feel that Scenic View Landscaping and Design goes above and beyond and certainly deserves a good recommendation. If you are looking for a company that has old fashion values and an incredible work ethic you have come to the right place. I love my yard and am very particular about any work that is done to it. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my experience with Scenic View Landscaping. Chris, provided the initial onsite design--he suggested a variety of different plants/designs that might work in my yard (I have a front sunny area and a back shady area so he had to create separate plans.) He welcomed my input and together we decided what would look best. Before he left, I had a list of plants, an outline of the work to be completed and a firm price. Chris was there as the work was being done but the crew really worked like a well tuned engine. Everyone was hard working, polite, efficient and they left my property spotless. I am so pleased with the results--my yard looks beautiful! One would think that would be enough, however, there is more. Chris left me with a brochure on how to take care of my newly planted landscaping and, I received a follow up email from Frank thanking me for my business, wanting to ensure I was happy with the results and reminding me to water! This company deserves to be successful as they are willing to go that extra mile.

They were very professional, showed up when they said they would and were done in a few hours leaving my front, side and back yards looking clean, neat and overall fantastic. I highly recommend them.

This is the second landscape job that Scenic View did for me. Last year they replaced the landscaping behind my pool. I was very satisfied with that work and design so I had them come this year and do the front landscaping. Frank is always prompt in responding for estimates, provided a great design at a fair price. Gary and the crew did a great job in removing all of the old shrubbery, and stone borders, transplanted some of the shrubs I wanted moved to other locations. The new landscaping looks great, high quality landscape lighting and design! Total job took 2 days. I would highly recommend scenic view and would use them again in the future.

Scenic View was excellent. They arrived each morning bright and early and worked until dark. Gary was the person in charge and he kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, providing advice and recommendations. They expected the work to take two days but it ended up taking two and half days. Before leaving, Gary gave me instructions on how to keep the yard looking fantastic and made me a diagram of all the plants and bushes they planted. I had a few questions after they left, and Frank, the owner, wrote me back a detailed email within 12 hours. All of the workers were polite, courteous, and hardworking. They should be proud of the work they do. Our yard looks fantastic! And we're so excited that our girls will be able to have a safe, clean (and beautiful) backyard to play in this summer.
