Frank was very professional, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and available for follow-up questions. Willingly reviewed prior quote that was given two years ago, and was fair and honest about update to pricing. Installation of landscaping went smoothly. Quality work was done. He also suggested a less expensive solution to issues with front steps, which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Scenic View Landscaping and would use them again! We were happy with the end product although I would have liked them to have put a deeper bed of mulch down then they did.

Frank and Gary are gentlemen and treat you with utmost respect. Their professionalism, knowledge and execution were on point. Frank designed the landscaping with the right collection of trees, shrubs, flowers and perfect amount of spot and path lights.

The experience was perfect, frank was patient with me and my maniac views I am sure I drove him nuts but he kept his cool and got the job done. He did a phenomenal job. It is truly a backyard oasis. It is perfect. I couldn't be more happier with the work they have done. Would recommend them 100 times over he was worth every penny.

We had a landscape work done last August by Scenic View and are glade to have this follow-up service done recently and professionally . We had couple plants that did not survive before the winter. When spring came, we emailed Franks asking about any warranty. After couple email exchanges, he replants the dead ones swiftly and without any hesitation.

The entire experience was very smooth. Scenic View called me the same the day as I made as I emailed them. We scheduled a time to get a an estimate. Frank arrived on time and was very friendly and professional and provided me with a written quote when he left. Later that I week I called back to schedule the work to be done. They were able to get me into their schedule the next day due to a cancellation. They arrived on time the next morning with a full team. The team got to work quickly and did very thorough job. I was asked to review their work when they finished to ensure I was happy with everything. Scenic View was very easy to work with and very attentive. I would and will consider them for any future clean up or landscaping project.

Everything went great! Communication was prompt and timely with Frank during the planning phase, as it was with Gary during the installation. The work actually began sooner than we anticipated and took less time than promised. The crew worked hard to get it right, and we're thrilled with the results (as we were last year.) Given our positive experience, we decided to sign a maintenance contract with Scenic View as well to keep it looking as great as it did when it was completed.

Called to get an estimate for a backyard kitchen and new front walkway. The salesman came to take a look, had no specific questions/suggestions. 2 weeks gone by and no estimate or follow-up. Waste of my time.

Excellent service. We had contacted Scenic View last year for a quote on a large amount of work which we never actually had done by anyone. When we did decide to get some of the work done we went with Scenic View because they were the only company that actually kept in touch after the initial quote. Couldn't have been happier to go with them. Professional, punctual and communicative. Great work done by a great and friendly crew. Looking forward to working with them again.

Amazing amazing job. A+++. Very professional. Chris came out and designed a beautiful wall for my back yard. Chris was so easy to deal with, answering all my questions, and I had lots of them. After we agreed to do the work and take his resonable quote, Chris sent over Alex and his team to install it, and they were very neat and clean, and did a super super job. Came out better then I ever imagined. Its stunning. Cant wait to start on my next project with them later this summer.

Frank worked with us to find the best and most cost effective solutions for our property, taking into account our future plans for the house and yard, our dog's tendencies to ruin patches of grass, and our budget. He was the only landscaper to suggest more cost-effective solutions of equal quality when it came to driving water away from our home. His team is respectful, reliable, works quickly, and does a beautiful job. When a few of our plants died in the first year after a very dry summer Frank did not hesitate to replace them. I highly recommend this company!

Needed the best retaining wall in the neighborhood. Chris really worked with us. Great input. Knowledgeable. And was price conscious. Design and presentation was good. A City snafu caused delays (and increased our costs immensely with their requirements) but other than this, the experience was excellent! His team was efficient and most importantly, professional.

We are very happy with the work. We had a complete redesign of our front lawn landscaping. Everything from bushes, tree and even lights. We received a computer layout of the design, discusses the pluses and the minuses, got on the same page and moved forward. They do what they say they will do, no surprises, no exaggerations. We were impressed. Came out on time as promised, delivered on time as promised. What else can you ask for? Will use them again.

Overall I would give this company and specifically Frank the owner a great review. This was a large job that wound up taking longer than I think they expected. They stuck to the contract and made me a priority. Overall they exceeded my expectations with grading, brush clearing, etc. It looks great. During the brush clearing, one of the workers hit my well with a piece of machinery. While an unfortunate mistake, more importantly was the way it was taken care of which was amazing. Frank the owner was in constant communication as I was without water for several days. It was fixed by someone I brought in, and promptly paid for by the owner (despite being more expensive than originally thought) with constant apologies. It is easy for a company to look good, but when things go wrong it much harder to find good companies and good people. Frank was upstanding and understanding throughout. Thank you. The seeding looks good overall, several areas will need to be touched up, but this was expected. The stone was done perfectly. Bottom line, quality products, good workmanship, great customer service.

We contacted the owner, Frank and he came that same afternoon to give us a free estimate for the job. Since we were in the midst of summer, we planned a specific time in early autumn for laying the sod and gave him a deposit. His workers arrived exactly as scheduled to do the job and had it finished quickly. The lawn is absolutely beautiful and we've received many compliments and requests for the landscaper's name. The men worked diligently and carefully. The owner, Frank, was prompt, polite and friendly. We feel his price was fair for the quality of his workmanship. When the job was finished, he also provided us with useful information and tips for maintaining our beautiful new lawn, answered questions and assured us that we could call him if we encountered any problem. We highly recommend Scenic View Landscaping and would definitely call him again for any landscaping requirements. His website is wonderful, as well, and shows his excellent work and design.

It went fantastic! Frank was great about scheduling a time to come to the house for an initial consult and was very accommodating to working around my schedule. I knew exactly what I was getting when the contract was signed, and the initial deposit was very minimal ($500) compared to the overall project cost (approx. $7,000). The work was scheduled to be completed at a time convenient for me, and Gary and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. Other than the lights being in place, you couldn't even tell that anyone had been working in my yard. After seeing the lights at night, we had a few adjustments and additions to the original design, and Gary and his crew came back and made all the changes. I didn't pay the balance of the project until all the changes were made and Frank called me the next day to make sure we were happy with the work. The entire team at Scenic View went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were satisfied with the work they did and it turned out beautifully. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next outdoor project.

We are VERY happy with the hardscaping, landscaping and lighting by Scenic View Landscaping and Design. -- When we met with Frankie Vaughan, we shared our vision for the front yard which is 35' wide. We explained our problems with a driveway so narrow that we had to step on our neighbor's lawn to get out of the car and we have difficulty getting into the car when snow piled up on the lawns. We envisioned a wide paver driveway that served as driveway and front walk leading to the front steps. Also the brick steps on our house were deteriorating as they were over 50 years old. The bricks also didn't match the new stone-look siding we have on the base of our house. We also showed Frankie the little walkway we wanted replaced in the backyard. -- When Frankie came back with his design for our front yard, we couldn't believe it. It was beautiful...pavers, steps and landscaping! Frankie brought us samples of pavers and stones which he thought would look best with the base of our house. He made the final choice easy. -- The five members of the Scenic View installation team arrived when we were ready for the project to begin which was right in the midst of the 90 degree plus heat wave of August. They worked constantly and sometimes long days despite the heat. They were very careful of existing landscaping and of neighbor's property. They swept up the street when they had dirt in it. They worked very hard installing the pavers, adding soil and other layering materials, packing it down many times. It was a great experience to watch Frankie's plans turn into reality. Frankie came many times to provide guidance and support to the team. In less than two weeks we had a new front yard with bright green grass, beautiful plantings cascading down to the front sidewalk and lovely soft lighting that warmly lights the new sidewalk. The back walkway looks beautiful and we now have a small "bistro" table on the new little patio which is lovely. -- Two weeks after the job was finished, the installation team came back to check the sidewalk replacement, plants and the pavers and to answer any questions we may have had. -- I have to add that we have met more of our neighbors after the project was completed as many of them stopped us to say how beautiful the redesign is. They also like the beauty of the lighting at night. Many commented that they were impressed with how hard the installation team had worked and were especially impressed with how they never stopped during the hot weather. -- We are very pleased with the way our home looks now and gladly recommend Scenic View Landscaping and Design!

Frank, Gary, and the entire team at Scenic View were simply superb. I wanted the front yard remodeled but had no idea other than a few generalities. Frank did a terrific job of interpreting what I wanted and produced a spot-on design, including the lighting plan. The work process was smooth, the crew were professional, polite, efficient, respectful and the end result couldn't be better. Gary was very responsive to my last minute changing requests, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and will most certainly use Scenic View for any other landscaping requirements in the future.
