They did an awsome job on my Foundation! I tried to look for flaws but I could not find any!! The price was EXTREMELY reasonable and the job was completed in just two days! Not to mention the work was guaranteed! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I plan on recommending them to friends and family. THANK YOU LEMPA CONSTRUCTION!!!!

Elio and his man were excellent contractor and with affordable prices and We are very happy with his work and we have already recommended him to our Friends & Family. This is why I looked for a contractor on angie's list. This man were very trustworthy, friendly and helpful. I will definitely hire them again for other jobs. My Son will be using his service's in the near future.

After receiving and reviewing 9 quotes for the job, I chose Lempa Construction to repair and repaint the exterior of my stucco home. Lempa was not the cheapest of the quotes ... more on the higher end. I liked the candid exchange owner, Elio and I had. I called him several times, prior to making my decision, to ask for clarification and with a few exceptions he always took my call and took time to explain. On the few occasions he was not able to take my call, I received a call back within 2 hours of leaving a message. It did not take me long to realize that Elio was an expert. He explained in detail all that he and his team would do and what I should expect at each phase of the work, including the simple stuff like delivery of a Johnny-on-the-spot delivered for his crew to use. Further, he guaranteed the work! We worked out a date for the start of the job. He and his crew arrived earlier than he said he would on the appointed day! The team was cordial and hardworking. They worked full days and when there was rain, or for any other reason they would not be able to come, I received an email and a text message. I appreciated that courtesy very much. I had trouble deciding on a color and Elio applied the two finalists on a wall so I could see how they would look. By the next morning my decision was made ... big help. They made 2 faux pas during the time they were working, they fessed up and got each resolved quickly. They went above and beyond on my project, even applied rust-oleum to my 20-year-old sconces (at gratis). Now they look brand new! They did the same for my chimney. The one advice I would offer to anyone who would like to use Lempa Construction, decide on a spot for them to leave their supplies each evening. I did not do that, and so they left their supplies at the front of my house and although they threw tarp over most of them, I would have preferred them left in the back or side of the house. I have no reservations in recommending Lempa Construction. They did a great job repairing and painting my stucco! I have already recommended them to a neighbor! I would definitely use them again!

Elio was very knowledgeable and responsive. He still comes back to check. He completed the job on schedule and on time, without any delays. He color matched our stucco very patiently, and it cane out great!

Communication was good with them and they were here on-time and called me in advance and provided a verbal estimate on the spot.

EXCELLENT!! After interviewing 4 other stucco work companies I decided on Lempa. Elio owner and hands on general contractor was on site at least once a week. He has extensive experience in stucco work. Marcos the lead person on the project was an expert he addressed issues with the work that I as a construction aficionado did not notice. Marcos is a total professional. At times I would observe him just sitting back and looking at the current phase of the project he was working and would come to me and make suggestions that really aligned to what i wanted. In addition he would do repairs to parts of the house that he did not need to do. For example one of the faucets in the backyard that he would use was leaking even though i had a plumber her to replace it well Marcos or one of his guys repair it to our pleasant surprise. Anything i needed or wanted to change or replace Elio and Marcos were ready and willing to accommodate us total professionalism in my view. The house looks beautiful and the work is close to perfection i say this as i am one that believes total perfection does not exist in the human condition. If you want and are looking for a stucco contractor that is dedicated very detail oriented and very accommodating to his customers needs Hire Elio and LEMPA Construction.

The home has stucco siding on all sides installed by the home builder. I researched and met with many stucco contractors before settling with Lempa Construction. Elio is very friendly, honest and fair. He and I walked my property multiple times. Elio addressed all my concerns and provided fair pricing on removing and replacing the window and door cork as well as repairing certain areas of the existing stucco.

The stucco that he applied at the end of 2015 is now cracking. I am trying to get back in touch with him to come look at it, and have not gotten a response yet. I have left 3 voicemail's in the course of a week. Please call me back.

The job was meticulous and the craftmanship impeccable. The process entailed stripping walls of all old paint, meshing the walls and preparing them for the stucco and paint. They also did the windows, garage door and front door. The house has been transformed. It looks beautiful. The workers worked incessantly and only took lunch breaks. The interior painting was as professionally done as the exterior of the house. The walls were sanded, primed and painted beautifully. The trim work was covered and painted with no speck of paint on floors or other areas. This team works well together, are skills and are very professional.

We were extremely happy with Lempa Construction. We had stucco work previously done on our house by another company which was cracking after only 1 year. Elios brought his crew in and did several additional steps that the first company never did to insure the cracking would not continue. He also made sure we were 100% satisfied before he considered the job complete. We highly recommend this company.

Mr.Lempa was very quick to respond and easy to get in touch with. He provided us with the estimate last year, and gave us the same price this year. He was the only contractor who knew how to repair the damaged stucco and to prevent the woodpeckers from coming back. All work was done quickly and neatly done. We would certainly use him again.

Elio and his crew did an excellent job. From cleaning up and repairing the cracked stucco on my house to repainting the trim, this team took the time to make sure every inch was done to my liking. Speed of the project was hampered by a series of rainy days but his team put in full days to get the work done. Questions were answered quickly and overall the project was a success.

All members of the team who were responsible for different aspects of the project accomplished their work with competence and skilled experience. In addition to being fair and honest, Elio is just very personable and easy to talk to about the work. Add that to the fact that my home is now moisture-free, should maintain stucco integrity for another 20 years, and I am now proud of its curb appeal. I would highly recommend Lempa Construction.

The entire procedure was exceptionally well done. The work was done by a team of very talented and focused workers who took great care to be sure that the surface was first strongly cemented followed by the exact match of stucco tone. The company owner Ellio inspected the work ongoing regularly and he called when the job was complete to be sure the work was to our satisfaction. We were very satisfied by the overall quality and timing of the work.

We received a few estimates but decided to go with Elio from Lempa Construction. He was so professional. Our chimney was cracked for so long it was really starting to deteriorate. He explained exactly what needed to be done step by step. They arrived on time and got right to work. Within 2 days the repair was complete, the chimney came out beautifully. The color is perfect. He even called a few weeks later to follow up and make sure we were satisfied. We were very impressed with Elio and his crew and plan on using them again!
