Elio the owner was a pleasure work with. The finished product looks great and his company did everything they were supposed to.

We had stucco repaired on our home. Elio was a pleasure to work with and very quick to reach out to us and quick to respond whenever we reached out to him. They showed up on time and were very professional. We would highly recommend Lempa Construction.

We had our stucco home repaired and painted. They also painted our shutters and repaired and sealed our steps. They also identified potential issues that could cause future water damage to the house. They are true specialists in stucco and home maintenance. The owner, Elio, is so professional. He and his workers are all incredibly courteous and nice to work with. They arrived whenever they said they would and got the job done beautifully. Also, their estimate was either competitive or lower than other estimates. I would DEFINITELY recommend this contractor.

Ellio, the owner, understood the nature of the corrective action that needed to be taken to address a compromised exterior rear garage wall. He was very professional as were his two workers. They showed up at the time they were supposed to and finished the work in one day. My neighbor remarked as to how nice the wall looked when it was completed. The quality of the work was first rate and his price was very much less than some of the other quotes I received. The workers cleaned up the work site and left it in good order. I would have no problem hiring them again or recommending them to anyone that needs any kind of stucco work

Elio at Lempa Construction was great from start to finish. He showed up to provide an estimate on time, and explained options to fix and repaint the stucco on my home. His estimate was MUCH lower than the many others that I received. His guys performed the work in a very efficient and professional manner. Our house looks brand new again after they repaired the stucco cracks, holes, and faded paint around the house. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results!!! I hired a few contractors for various aspects of my home remodel and Lempa was the best of them. The owner, Lio is easy to deal with. Very responsive and professional. I am so happy to give him a good review because I had such a good experience with this company. For instance, a different contractor (roofer) leaned a dirty ladder on the brand new stucco and caused some stains on the brand new stucco after Lempa construction had finished working and I called Lio and he agreed to touch it up without any fuss. They are great!

What a fantastic experience! Working with Elio from initial estimate to completion of work was perfect. We had the stucco wall on our detached garage resurfaced. The price was reasonable, the job very high quality and completed quickly.

I was incredibly happy with the work that was done by Elio and his crew. Job was done on time and on budget. The crew worked neatly and the stucco job looked great. About three weeks after the job was done, Elio stopped by just to ensure that I was happy with the job and nothing else was required. I would strongly recommend them.

The owner of the business performed the survey. He came with one worker on the first day of the job and work the entire day. The second day is devoted to painting and his assistant did that. They were neat and clean at all times. I enjoyed having them at our home.

Our Stucco trim was full of holes around the entire house. Woodpeckers would drill the holes and then other birds used the space to nest. We were a giant bird house and it was difficult to find someone to help us. Elio knew how to remedy the problem. He repaired all of the trim and painted the house. We are very pleased with the job and would highly recommend him and his crew. They were hard working and competent. He supervised their progress and was available whenever we contacted him. The men worked weather permitting until the job was done. When he came upon other problems, like water damage and problems with the gutter flashing he was able to fix them for a reasonable additional cost.

This company was awesome, did the job in 2 days and the quality of work was awesome. I will be using this company again. Thank you Lempa!

From planning the design to cleaning up an absolutely fantastic job. Elio is a true craftsman. He was responsive to all our concerns down to the smallest details and treated our home as if it were his. We simply can't say enough. Will hire again for our porch and driveway.
