I needed some stucco repair on my house. I did extensive research. I had 8 contractors propose on the work needed. Lempa was the most knowledgeable and hands on contractor. He explained the work that was need, provided references and made me feel like he would do a good job. He and his crew did an excellent job in a timely manner for a reasonable price. He was very meticulous, good workmanship and displayed a REAL sesnse of pride in his work. Amazing! Like finding a needle in a haystack. I wish I could clone him!

This co. came within an hour of my request. They started the next day, worked over the weekend and finished the job so fast. They do great work, very professional - it looked better than when it was brand new! Beautiful job at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend this co. to anyone - couldn't ask for better workers who really know what they are doing. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the way they worked and how the project turned out. Outstanding!!

I had a very small fascia repair. Elio came out right away and fixed the problem very quickly. He did quality work and is extremely professional. He was able to do the project at a very reasonable rate. I recommend Lempa Construction with two thumbs up.

Elio completed my entire project with real craftmanship, replace synthetic stucco to traditional stucco with very reasonable rate, it tokk lil longer but that due to weather. He did lot of extra stuff as well. I'll definately hire him again for my next job and strongly refer him .......very hard working and sincere.

Excellent work. Owner and workmen were extremely professional, friendly and courteous. Work was scheduled and completed on target. Extremely pleased with the finished product. They really do know what they're doing. It was quite refreshing to witness good quality workmanship. Would recommend them highly.

Lempa Construction was a true professional from start to finish and was incredibly reasonably priced. He came and discussed the detail of the repair work he would perform, explained why it needed to be done in a certain way and performed the work perfectly. You cnat't even tell upon close examination where the repair was done. The only thing better than the work itself was what Elio charged me for the job. I will be using him again to re-caulk all the windows. I highly recommend him.

Lempa Construction really knows stucco! I was impressed with their knowledge and they picked up some issues that previous inspectors had not seen. They put new caulking around all the windows, doors, lights and house profile with high quality sealant and caulking. I was happy with their work and would recommend them.

Dealing with Lempa was an unexpected pleasure. I was selling my house and we had Eifos and the buyers home inspector had us open 2 areas of the house to confirm moisture/ rot. Lempa did a great job in getting the house closed up and repairing the small area quickly and professionally. The buyers were happy and he also cauled all windows and doors at a very fair price. I sell real estate and actually referred Lempa to a few builders that I know. Dealing with subcontractors makes you appreciate when once in a while you don't get ripped off.
