Lempa had done a great job for my stucco work. Elio delivered all he promised. His team showed up on time and the job quality was superb. Elio was very patient working with us through the design phase. He also made sure his men implemented what had been required. At the end, clean up work was done thoroughly. In addition, Lempa helped, without additional charges, fixed numerous issues, such as broken shingles and rotten trims found during the work. It has been more than six months by now and I have not found any real issues from his work after the tough winter. I will highly recommend.

We bought a house with EFIS four years ago. The caulking around windows were od. I were shopping around and talked to more than a dozen of contractors and finally decided to use Ello. Recently my husband's job move to CT and we have to sell this house. There are some repairs need to be done. Ello makes a day from his busy schedule to help me to sell my house on time. The inspection report mentions the caulking are "excellent"(they were done FOUR years ago!). To me, Ello is like my family. He is the person I can trust and always there when I need to take care of my house.

Elio is a true, old world craftsman, as well as knowledgeable, kind and honest. Price was fair. You sense he wants to make the customer happy; and he did just that and more! He performed a handful of additional work for us at no extra charge. Elio's crew is hardworking, respectful and honest, which was especially important to us, as we had interior work preformed. If we had a worry, it was addressed promptly. The quality is stellar! My wife and I are extremely satisfied. You'll often hear Elio say 'Yes, senor' or 'thank you senor': Thank you to you and your crew, Elio! Truly old world craftsmanship and charm.

Never before have I paid a contractor (or anyone) MORE than what he asked for - until Lempa Construction did some repair work for me. He charged me a very reasonable price to fix the EIFS siding (others quoted up to than 3x more) and he did a fantastic job! The color of the patch work was slightly off (cleaner than my dirty house), so he repainted the entire side with the fresh color, at no additional cost! Unreal. Very professional, did the whole job in a 2 days, put up and took down scaffolding. Very impressed.

Elio was an honest man he listen to what I wanted made some suggestions to make my project appear better and he did what he said he would do. I am very happy with the out come and would use him again in the near future. I highly recommend Elio for those who are looking to do a stucco project.

Elio is the only stucco contractor that listened to what I wanted (traditional stucco) and did not try to convince me of another product. He is an honest man and does what he says he will do. This project took a long time to complete, but Elio discussed this with me prior to me hiring him. His workers did an excellent job putting stucco on my entire house. I am extremely happy with the outcome of this job and hope he puts a picture of my house on his website so everyone can see the beautiful house he helped me create. Thanks Elio.

Elio responded to my call about peeling and cracking stucco on the front of my house almost immediately. He came out, explained the reason for the problem, and gave me a very reasonable quote. I contacted him several months later to hire him, after obtaining other estimates and considering other options. He began work shortly thereafter but could not complete it due to an almost 4-week stretch of rain. His crew returned immediately once the weather broke and completed the job in one day in a very professional manner.

The house looks beautiful - rejuvenated! After completion of the work, I listed it 'For Sale' and within 24 hours received an offer, which I accepted. Two of my neighbors have contracted with Elio to work on their homes. One project is already complete and looks great. Whilte they were here, someone actually drove up and asked if they would stop by their house to give them a quote. Elio is professional, reliable and warmly sincere. So glad to have found him and his crew.

Very punctual in coming to look at the job and then completing the work quickly. The quality of the work was excellent and they cleaned up very well afterwards. Recently hired Elio and his team (Hugo, Moises and Mato) to perform some stucco remediation work. Elio was very prompt in returning my calls, he showed up on time to give the estimate and his offer was quite competitive. My house has stucco finish that had several hairline cracks and in two places was bulging due to water ingress. From the start, I was impressed with Elio's understanding of what needed to be done and his commitment to do an excellent job. Elio's work on site proved he was good to his word. As he discovered areas that could not be addressed by simple patching he removed the stucco and replaced with new all within the original quoted price. He addressed issues left behind from other contractors, he painted the woodwork as well as the stucco and when finished the house looked like new. I would not hesitate to recommend Lempa Construction.

Service is very good. I am a detail person and the service went beyond my expectation. The quote they gave me are higher than other company but I am happy I hired them. I have EFIS and I need a company that really knows how to do the work. Will call them next time.
