EXCELLENT!! After interviewing 4 other stucco work companies I decided on Lempa. Elio owner and hands on general contractor was on site at least once a week. He has extensive experience in stucco work. Marcos the lead person on the project was an expert he addressed issues with the work that I as a construction aficionado did not notice. Marcos is a total professional. At times I would observe him just sitting back and looking at the current phase of the project he was working and would come to me and make suggestions that really aligned to what i wanted. In addition he would do repairs to parts of the house that he did not need to do. For example one of the faucets in the backyard that he would use was leaking even though i had a plumber her to replace it well Marcos or one of his guys repair it to our pleasant surprise. Anything i needed or wanted to change or replace Elio and Marcos were ready and willing to accommodate us total professionalism in my view. The house looks beautiful and the work is close to perfection i say this as i am one that believes total perfection does not exist in the human condition. If you want and are looking for a stucco contractor that is dedicated very detail oriented and very accommodating to his customers needs Hire Elio and LEMPA Construction.

The Lempa construction company called the same day, gave a fair bid and discussed his recommendations on the fieldstone work. He and his crew worked neatly, the clean up work was excellent and the contractor did additional work that would keep further water damage to the chimney,steps and wall areas. We would recommend this company for any stone work. Very pleased.

After reading previous reviews I had high expectations from Lempa Construction. I was not disappointed. Olio was kind and sincere. His quote was reasonable and it was apparent that he was an expert in stucco repair. He not only quoted repair of my current concern, but sealed cracks that caused the issue in the first place. In addition, he pointed out other potential areas of concern to prevent future damage. All for less than other companies. His team worked diligently and quickly. They were very neat; taking careful precautions to lay sheets where needed. They color matched the stucco perfectly. I m very happy with the quality of work. Lempa Construction exceeded my expectations. I would definitely hire Olio and his team again, and highly recommend him to others.

mY WHOLE HOUSE WAS REDONE ON THE OUTSIDE(STUCCO). iT WAS A LARGE PROJECT! LEMPA CONSTRUCTION WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DO OTHER THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE ( CAULK WINDOW GLASS) NOTHING WAS SKIPPED OVER. IN TODAY'S WORLD, THIS IS THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO THE RIGHT JOB. THEIR WORK IS IMPECCABLE

My original stucco was improperly installed, so Elio and his team had to redo my entire home. Totally removing the old stucco in some places and doing repairs in others. Once this was done he put a new coat of stucco on the entire home. He made the house look brand new again and resolved all my water issues. His team was onsite every day, showing up early and leaving late. Additionally I had some retaining walls where the stucco would constantly peel off, so he came up with an innovative way to ensure the stucco remains pristine for years to come. Elio is a good guy to work with - and honestly wants to do a good job. He's honest and trustworthy.

Elio immediately returned my call, arranged to review the project within a short time, presented a quote and indicated an approximate date work could begin if quote accepted. Everything went extremely well, very fair price, workers were on time and performed the stucco removal as agreed and cleaned up the site upon completion. very satisfied and happy about the entire process.

Elio and his team were a pleasure to work with. We needed to reframe the stucco around our entry door, and Elio's vision resulted in a beautiful design that was compatible with our existing stucco work. Our stucco is 10 years old, and after his team power-washed it, it looks brand new! I would highly recommend this company and would use them again!

Ellio did a fabulous job on the stucco repair around our garage. He also painted over the new stucco so it matched the surrounding doors. He was pleasant, professional and very respectful. We will definitely be calling on him to do other stucco repair around the outside of our house.
