Once I showed Joe the two 60-year-old chairs that needed work, he went right to the task and started the repairs and improvements. His experience was exceptional - he knew exactly how to fix the chairs. He was personable and diligent - two very important skills to have, in my opinion. He let me watch what he was doing and explained the steps as he went along. I highly recommend him.

JB understood immediately what needed to be done to fix my two 60-year-old armchairs, both of which needed the seats to be reinforced. JB came with all the appropriate tools and materials. He allowed me to watch as he worked on them, so I learned a lot about how the parts and fabrics support each other. When he finished the chairs, I tried them out and they felt very secure and comfortable. In addition, one of the buttons on one of the chairs had come loose, so he fixed them as well. I highly recommend him!
