Very professional, prompt and informative. Expect to pay $600 for the regrout of tub and caulking. Well worth the price, tub area looks new.

Overall, the work was good but not entirely what we expected. One of the bathroom floors did not come out as clean as I would have hoped but the tile is older and a builders grade quality. The other bathroom came out much better but the shower doors were hung backwards. Since there was a sticker on them that noted which side should face out, it seemed like a sloppy mistake to have made. Since we could not walk on the floor until the next day, we needed to call them back to fix the issue (which was done right away and with an apology).

Overall the work was done well. He did some extra reienforcement in a particular area where we had leaking problems. So far there doesn't seem to be leaking any more. As far as professionalism the worker tended to be on the phone a number of times and it sounded personal. More unprofessional was that he left the tub with residue from his work in it and also there were streaks of water with grout running down the front of our vanity when he was done. I don't think we should have to clean up after them. I will say that he did cover his shoes with plastic covers whenever he came in and out of the house, which was very appreciated. I just wish that after he finished his work he would have looked around to make sure he didn't leave any mess behind.

I called because my beautiful tiles had so many dirty missing grout spots and a few cracked tiles on the floor from my entry to kitchen. The estimate Allan gave me was affordable and no pressure to do it right away, he was accommodating with my appointment to have the work done. Jason, the guy that did the work did a fabulous job scrubbing, grouting and sealing the kitchen and front entry floor. He took his time and went over each step with us while he was working on the floor. The technician did exactly what we went over at the estimate. The work was completed in the time frame they said. I was left information on how to maintain the work. I am very happy with the results in my shower and on the floor I would use them again.

He seemed very nice and listened to all my concerns. He seemed to be working very hard. Well it wasn't until a few days later that I noticed something missing. He did not clean the tiles he jst brushed over them. I am still cleaning up is mistakes. Let's just say it was a poor job and leave it at that. I did not want him to just wash my floor and tub area I wanted it done like new. So maybe that was my fault. I thought they did. And after speaking to several other people I realize I was mistaken. This is the second time I have been asked to do a revview, please do not ask me again.

Way too pricy for a small area to be done, i did not use. Also do not like that no one answers the phone.

Alan came to give me an estimate. He was very professional, friendly and informative. I did feel it was a little pricey. However, I felt more comfortable going with someone that actually came here to see the job as opposed to someone just giving me a price over the phone. I don't like surprises! In the end, I believe the service and quality of work was well worth it. Jason came to do the work. He was running an hour later than what I was told but he called to let me know when he would be coming so it was not a problem. I would definitely recommend them.

The man who did the estimate with me, Alan Peters, was very professional but friendly. He explained that I should not have been cleaning the grout with bleach because it damages it. So, now, I use a mild cleaner I had on hand anyway. But he also said that it could be cleaned with a solution of 1 part vinegar and 7 parts water, too. The grout was so terrible that I had not been able to get it clean, even with the bleach. That's why I decided to get new grout. The service man did a very nice job, much better than the previous grout job that had become very dirty because it was not thin and neat but globby and uneven. The grout repair man also cleaned up the bathroom after the job, so there was no debris from the old grout. My tub and around the toilet now look beautiful! After the grout had cured for a little over a month, I noticed one little spot where the grout was coming away from the tile. They sent another service man out right away and he fixed it quickly for no extra charge. I am a very satisfied customer!

When the serviceman came to do the actual work, he said the grout selected was too light and that he had a better color. I bowed to his knowledge, and he performed the work. When he was finished, he said the shade would blend in when it dried. It didn't. It stands out terribly and the floor looks worse than it did before. I've called 3 times trying to get someone to come and look at the floor. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL!

I received a very prompt return phone call from Alan and was able to receive an estimate within two days. Alan came to the house to provide me an estimate for the job and was extremely polite. I was very pleased that he was able to get the job done to meet my extremely tight deadline. The two men that came to do the job just two days after my estimate were professional and did an excellent job on the tile. I appreciated the phone call they made on the day of the job to advise me that they were running a bit over on a previous job so that I was aware of the slightly revised time of their arrival. A friend of mine had used their services in the past and was very pleased, so they came highly recommended.

Upon contact with the company for an estimate we had a 2/3 day appointment time. Fast response. We were given an estimate and agreed to the job. The estimate was on a Thursday and we had a tech at our house on the following Tuesday morning. The technician worked all day in the master bathroom with various tools and then caulk and grout. After he was done - there was a thick coat of dust on everything. He told me to not clean or touch any of the grout or caulk for 24 hours to allow it to cure. Upon cleaning the grout/caulk the next day I found that I didn't get the color listed on the work order. The parts of the tile walls that the tech didn't complete remained the original almond. The areas of tile that he completed were done in bright white. I have pictures to show just how tacky this looks. The entire shower inside is white and mostly outside, however, a small portion of the outside shower wall is still the original almond. The top of the jacuzzi tub decking and two of three wall joints are white while the remainder of the wall and tub surround is almond. This really looks horrible. Upon calling the owner and telling him to please come and see the job and tell us the easiest/best way to resolve the color difference we were told " I can't make it there for at least 3 weeks or better, I'm so busy." Then we resolved to have the tech come and redo the mistake on the following Tuesday afternoon. Upon a no show - we called the owner and were told that the tech had called in sick and was supposed to have called us and let us know he wouldn't be coming. He then re-rescheduled for the following Tuesday (again afternoon) and AGAIN no show-no call. I lost 2 full days of work and have received nothing from the mother company in Texas. The owner Allen Peters is of the Monmouth County Grout Medic and is a very arrogant man to deal with once he has your money. BEWARE.

Arrived on time, finished early, had to come back and redo part of the work-overall happy with results.

Overall: It is important to note that this contractor is a franchisee of a corporation. They did well what the corporate website said they do. Work that they undertook but was not listed on their website or their card was not done well. The work on the kitchen floor was excellent. The work on the shower stall was barely satisfactory because the damaged wall behind the tiles was not repaired, and tile that I had replaced irregularly was left the way I had placed it. The installation of one of the ceramic shelves failed but they reinstalled it. The installation of the shower door was not satisfactory, because the sill in the existing opening was not level and so the door the contractor specified was not suitable. It had two glass panels hung on overhead rollers and they kept rolling to the same side. The contractor refunded the installation price and I repaired the installation so that the door could be operated satisfactorily.
