Description of Work: I was given the worker's name and a one hour window for him to appear. He arrived within the window and introduced himself. Work was for caulking a bathtub, but he immediately said that the jacuzzi style tub would always leak when used as a shower (which we do). With an instrument he identified a few areas where there was a leak. He described the refund process and that the company would confirm the refund. He was overall very professional, clear and rapid in his diagnosis and recommendation.

Description of Work: Re-grouted and re-calked our shower. They were great - only minor issue was that the grout color could have matched our old grout a little better.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 floor tiles that I supplied. Re-grouted around replaced tiles , cleaned grout and colored floor grout. Scraped out and reapplied caulking. Overall major improvement. | |Was not aware that appointment would be with salesman rather than technician doing job. Had to arrange for second date when technician came in to do job. | |Thought I was dealing with the price for the job. Expected extra charges for replacement tiles. It wasn't until salesman called that I went back and read the fine print that this was for a discount on the base charge. Other charges quickly added up. Still it beat doing it yourself. Now have learned to read fine print on deals offered by Angie's list before committing.

Description of Work: I saw no difference in my tile floor --same before and after. It's old so perhaps could not be improved, but I should have been told.

Description of Work: I thought I was going to have the shower in my master bathroom re-grouted and caulked. The tech just caulked the shower. Definitely not $200 worth of work as the Big Deal suggested. Tech did not know that it was an Angie's list job and wanted to charge us $199 for the work.
