Alan quickly found where the colony of ants was hiding in my windowsill and under my front door, he sprayed, and within a week all of the ants died and there were no more in or around my house! He even guarantees his services for a whole year! Highly highly recommend!!

Found termites while remodeling the bathroom. I contacted a friend who referred me to Pyramid. We setup an appointment for a termite inspection/extermination estimate. Exterminator was on time. He spent an hr inspecting the house and assessing the situation. When the inspection was over I asked the exterminator for his recommendation. Much to my surprise he said that I had a localized problem and that by removing soil away from the sill as I had been doing and replacing the damaged wood I could resolve the problem. When I asked him how much it would cost to spray/ inject chemicals into the ground he advised against it and did not charge me a dime for his services. If only more contractor's were this honest.
