They kept in contact before arriving. Called when 10 minutes away. Showed up early afternoon. I had called at 6am and left message. He had to go get a part one hour away. Boiler was up and running by 3pm. I have used them before at another address. Always do an excellent job.

Great. Technician checked the system thoroughly and gave detailed explanation of how things work. Weeks later, a plumber accidentally put the pilot light out shutting down the system. Technician returned and took care to light it and explained how to do it ourselves in the future.

We were recommended Comfort Specialists by our realtor after we received the buyers home inspection. We needed a quick closing so the issues with the boiler and AC were the only things holding us up. They sent out 1 tech and he was able to take care of the AC issues and the boiler all in the same day, about 4 hours of work. It was helpful they offered to come out at 530 so I didn't have to leave work early as I had already burned up so many vacation days with the process of selling and buying a house. Overall it went smooth and would use them again.

Comfort Specialists was great. They installed a new furnace for us. They were very neat and careful especially that they had to go through our finished basement. . They went over everything with us about the new unit . I am going to have them install our AC system next season! Highly recommend.

We had a big party planned on New Years Eve and in the morning we awoke to no heat on the first floor of our house. I called numerous heating contractors to which none got back to me. Finally, I called Comfort Specialists and Chris the owner answered. He said he had to finish up the call he was on and promised that we will be the next one on his schedule. He arrived promptly as promised. He diagnosed the problem quickly explained that the first floor zone valve was bad and replaced it. His quick response and great service saved our celebration with family and friends. From now on Comfort Specialists is on our speed dial for all our heating and cooling needs. We actually have two units, and one of them was broken. So we put up with the broken unit as the other one was still working, but it couldn't keep up after a while. We decided to call Comfort Specialists and they came the next day after hours (it was closer to 8:00 PM). I was glad they could even make it that day and Chris was able to diagnose the problem and started to call a few suppliers for the part. We later found out that the part was not available locally and he was going to check a central warehouse and pick it up the next day. Anyway, it turns out he had to order it from the manufacturer and it took over 8 days to arrive. After it arrived at his location, he delivered it after his other jobs (it was close to 8 PM when he dropped it off) and would come back to install it the next day. The next day, two workers came to install it and test it. At the end, he only charged us for the part and for the diagnosis. We thought we'd pay for additional labor as well. Overall, they are very professional and honest with their customers.

Comfort Specialists did a great job replacing my old AC units. They were prompt neat and very professional. All the guys were very courteous, respectful and answered all my questions. I've used Comfort Specialists for all my heating and cooling needs for the past four years and have always been very happy with their work as well as with their reasonable rates. Since being without power for two weeks due to Hurricane Sandy I am planning to have a whole house generator installed....I would not consider hiring anyone else except Comfort Specialists to do the install for me.
