Jimmy was honest trustworthy and priced reasonably. I totally enjoyed dealing with him while he built us a beautiful pool. I recommend his service without hesitation.

Let me start by saying I didn’t want to leave this review but it’s been over a year and the owner is unresponsive. Beware of this business. This company installed a pool for me in mid 2018.. I have been waiting since the installation of my pool for the owner to honor his agreement and finish the work that is in our contract. This owner is unbelievably unresponsive and is not meeting the terms of the agreement we have in place. The owner was very unprofessional telling me personal information about his drivers driving without a license and get it in an accident and all this other details I should not know anything about. I just want my work finished and I wanted to honor my contract. Finally and one of the more important things was when the pool was installed it wasn’t installed properly and my daughter developed a serious ear infection which I documented in text messages to the owner. He didn’t reply. In my opinion I would never recommend this company to do any work because of the poor customer experience that I’ve personally had.

We called them to come over to our home (which was local... less than 3 miles from their storefront) and re-hook up our filter which was displaced due to damage from Hurricane Sandy... for 3 days they kept us waiting until they finally showed up... Once they did the gentleman was arrogant and rude and made us feel as though the job was too small and not worth his time. When I blatantly asked if I should ask someone else then to come and do the job, he shrugged his shoulders and said yea he will do it and he will come back tomorrow.... I was so unnerved by that... here I am a local homeowner with an in-ground pool in a neighborhood of 13 pool owners and this was how he reacted??? like we weren't worth his time. I immediately found someone else and called him back to tell him not to bother.
