Description of Work: Provider came to the house (Owner) and could not give us much information as the architect would have to come out and explain what was going to happen. Never went outside to look at the foundation, just took pictures of the inside of the porch with his phone. To this day, he has not called or e-mailed us with a cost or to set up an appointment with the architect. I guess what we think is an $8,000 to 12,000 job is not big enough for them. We should have been told instead of not getting back to us.

+ -1 morePinnacle started on the family room and bathroom. Steve told me it would take three to four days to complete the job. He primarily worked in the bathroom. They frequently arrived late or not at all. When Steve was present he was always on the phone. The upstairs bathroom has grout everywhere. They have left the bathroom as a mess. The sink is not connected and leaking. I was told there was a half a day left and that was over a week ago. He has not returned my call. He was supposed to come on Saturday and is non responsive to call and texts. He has taking all his equipment and appears that he is not coming back.
Description of Work: Family room was painted, spacle repair, kitchen, family and hall painted, bathroom sheetrock installed and painted
