He helped me design a contemporary look to my new home, always available to answer questions and address my concerns. His crew showed up on time, worked tirelessly throughout each day and left my home in immaculate condition. You can’t go wrong with National Home Improvements. Ralph is very friendly and helpful and kept on top of things every step of the way. Luis and the other workers were very professional and real craftsmen. The final result is awesome. They did a fantastic job.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with National Home Improvements for a siding, window, and gutter home improvement project on our house. We were thrilled with the quality of work and the excellent customer service that was provided by the owner Ralph and his team. Right from the start, Ralph was very responsive to our needs and concerns. He listened to our suggestions and offered advice to ensure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. We were also impressed by his transparency and willingness to work with us on pricing, making sure that we stayed within our budget providing the most competitive pricing out of all the quotes we received. It's worth mentioning that out of the four contractors and three quotes we received for this project, National Home Improvements was the only contractor that consistently followed up and showed a genuine interest in the project. One contractor never got back to us with a quote after spending time with us discussing details of the project., which made our decision to work with Ralph and his team an easy one. One of the highlights of the project was working with Charles, who installed 17 windows along with trim in record time. He was efficient, detail-oriented, and a true professional in every sense of the word. We were amazed by his expertise and dedication to getting the job done right. We also had the pleasure of working with Luis and his siding team, who worked tirelessly from 8am to dark every day in the chilly New Jersey February weather. They were approachable and always willing to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We greatly appreciated their hard work and dedication to making sure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. Additionally, they made sure to clean up the site every day, which was a nice touch. One thing that really stood out to us was Luis's attention to detail. For example, we planned on reusing our existing shutters, Luis noticed that three pairs were too long for the windows, which would have looked odd if they had been installed as-is. Luis brought this to our attention, and we were able to reuse most of our existing shutters and replace the three pairs that were too long. We were grateful for Luis's sharp eye and expertise, as it saved us from making a mistake that would have marred the appearance of our home and bothered me every time I drove up the driveway. It was a stark contrast to a contractor we worked with previously who had installed these shutters that were too long and never mentioned it to us. I must also mention the exceptional work done by Bruno and the gutter installation team at National Home Improvements. The installation was completed in one day, and we hardly noticed the team was working because they were so quiet and efficient. We opted for 6-inch round gutters, which turned out to be a great decision. We recently had a big storm, and our new gutters performed perfectly. The old 4-inch gutters would have overflowed, causing possible damage to our home. In the interest of fairness and transparency, I must also mention an issue we had with an outside electrical receptacle that did not meet our expectations. Ralph immediately connected us with an electrician the same day to assess the situation. By the next day, a proper outside receptacle and weatherproof box were installed to our satisfaction. The electrician did a great job, and we were very pleased with the quick resolution of the issue. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the work that National Home Improvements has done on our home. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to work with us to ensure our satisfaction were truly second to none. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality home improvement services. We would work with them again in the future.

Excellent service!!! I was very impressed with the quality of work and efficiency of National Home Improvements performed on my roof and gutter. They worked with my schedule, gave me a great price and did the work quickly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I needed an new roof for my old house. Start to end Ralph was very responsive, professional, clear, defined what was required, and ensured that the work was finished properly. Everything was cleaned up nicely, the new roof look lovely, and the workers did a great job. I will recommend National Home Improvements to friends and colleagues!!!!

We had our old roof removed and a new roof installed. We also had our large shed in the backyard roofed. I had two other estimates and National Home Improvements was the most professional. I felt that National Home Improvements was more reliable and took the time to explain the roofing process and what was included in the price. The workers were courteous, friendly and skilled. The end result of all the work was that our roof looks great! We would have no hesitation recommending them.

I'm happy to give these guys 5 stars. They did a major renovation for us and they did an amazing job. They were so professional and worked extremely hard to completely project on time. I've never heard of a contractor keeping everything on time and on budget but these guys definitely did. If you're looking for the best when it comes to home renovation this is the company you want to work with. They really get the job done.

We hired National Home Improvements to do work on our home & it was one of the best decisions we ever made! We had a complete kitchen remodel as well as all new windows, siding & roofing. The estimate they gave us was very fair. And despite some weather delays & unexpected hiccups they got the entire project finished on time & within budget. On top of that Ralph Favilla is an absolute pleasure to deal with! He's very personable & easy to get a hold of & to communicate with. He's also one of the most knowledgeable people in their field I've ever come across. & he doesn't talk down to you, no matter your knowledge level on certain subject matters involved, & makes sure that you understand in order to make the best choice for you. We couldn't recommend Ralph Favilla & National Home improvements strongly enough! You simply can't go wrong in choosing them to do any & all work you need done on your home.

We went with James Hardie siding and could not be more happy! Basically a new house. Hired Ralph to do my siding in Millstone twp. The House looks unbelievable and his crew did an great job all around. The place was cleaned up perfectly after the work was done. We couldn’t be more happy with the Hardie siding and the install Ralph and his guys did! We did our homework when it came to this product and install is crucial! Great to have a specialist install ours!

Ralph was very professional and extremely responsive throughout our entire remodeling project at our shore house located in Barnegat light, NJ. He went above and beyond for us during a very frustrating time with the supply chain. I would not hesitate to use him in the future for additional work at our family home. The end result looks fantastic. We had new vinyl siding, fascia, gutters, windows, a slider and an outdoor shower installed.

National Home Improvement just finished a full gut renovation for us. From the top down... roof, windows, siding, bathrooms, kitchen, floors. We started with covid in full swing, and unfortunately had to deal with delays and setbacks. From lack of materials, to problems with deliveries, everything that could delay, did delay. However, the owner of National, Ralph Favilla, was a gentleman throughout the entire process. He was on site daily, and was constantly communicating with us. Keeping us informed of every detail, and guiding us through the renovation. Fulfilling all of his promises, and then some. Our finished house looks amazing and with Ralph's recommendations, is the nicest on our block. He has lived up to his reviews, and his reputation speaks for itself. I would recommend Ralph wholeheartedly to anyone looking to renovate their homes. You will be in good hands.

Had such an incredibly positive experience working with Ralph FAVILLA and his team lead by Luis to reside our home with James Hardie product. Ralph was communicative during entire process, adhered to agreed upon time frame and pricing-even when I changed some of the design. Luis and the team were outstanding. They worked so hard every day to ensure a beautiful siding job. Immaculate clean up every day. So refreshing to have a contractor live by their commitment and ensure at the end of the day everything met my satisfaction. I 100% recommend Ralph and National Home Improvements-so much so I am hiring them to do interior work now!

Ralph and his team did a makeover on the exterior of our home and the outcome was outstanding. He remodeled our roof, steps, porch and siding. His attention to detail made our home beautiful. We cannot be happier with the design expertise which resulted in exactly what we had imagined. During this difficult time of supply and demand issues, it was a challenge for his team to obtain material but Ralph's professionalism prevailed. Let’s talk about Residing Your House…The Company I Used To start with, I have not been paid a single penny to write this review. In addition, I have NOT been given any installation gifts, reimbursements, or cuts in pricing. Following is just an honest review of the job performance for others to read! Face it, residing your house is nightmarish! Aside from the huge dumpster in your yard for a couple of weeks, the job for workers is dangerous, hot, dirty and time-consuming. Removing the old siding and re-wrapping your house and then putting up the new siding takes time, attention to detail and lots of clean-up. Did I mention residing a home is VERY expensive? Well, it is VERY expensive. Picking out siding installation company is VERY important, in-fact the most part of the whole residing “adventure”! The Decision I chose National Home Improvements after talking to several siding companies. To be perfectly honest, I chose this company mostly because the owner is the sales person. He has been in the siding business for a long time, was brutally honest about cost, what his company would do and when and what to expect with the finished product. The owner is very knowledgeable about siding and made suggestions that we now love with the finished product. I was invited to a job that was almost completed and I really like what I saw. So, I signed a contract, gave him a deposit and we were set to go. The Crew Showed UP The three man work crew showed up on the date agreed upon. All the materials they would need arrived the day before, so it was right to work. That is no small expectation if you have ever worked with contractors. Once more, they worked straight through to completion…no running to other jobs and no delays of any kind (including no bad weather). The job was completed in eight working days. Clean Up Every day my property was cleaned of all debris by the National crew, so there was no looking at a junk scattered throughout the yard for a couple of weeks. The final clean-up was masterful. Quality of Work Siding installers can’t be picked up on the corner. It takes a lot of skill to reside a house. There is a lot of measuring and cutting and “work- around’s” for outdoor fixtures, outlet pipes, etc. National has very experienced crews with a team leader and a manager to oversee the job. Accommodating Special Needs Undoubtedly there will be job changes that have to be dealt with…things you didn’t think about before the job started. National is VERY accommodating and small changes are easily accomplished without a hassle and additional cost. Pricing As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, but National is very competitively priced for the job. I know, because I got bids. Final Thoughts Overall, I am very pleased with the work of National. The pricing was right, the work is very high quality and no corners were cut. The old siding was removed without too much drama (a very hard job to complete). The house was completely re-wrapped (the old wrapping looked good to me but the National owner insisted on the re-wrap for ultimate protection), all the windows and protruding fixtures were re-caulked and all the “finishing touches” were performed flawlessly. National’s owner shows up in person to look over the job, and asks the important question…”how do you like the completed job”? I am very pleased with the outcome. My wife, more so. Our house looks as though it is a brand new build, except a little better. Oh, one more point. The company is called National Home Improvements, but it is NOT a national company. The company is local to Ocean and Monmouth counties. The owner explained to me that his original ambition was to create a national company about 15 years ago. But, he soon figured out that he had all he could handle right here in Ocean and Monmouth. He actually lives here in the Jersey Shore area. The crew,( Charlie team), one of several used by this firm, was superb. Precise and professional volunteering several alternatives that improved the over all aesthetic. Several punch list items were addressed at the conclusion of the project. Over all we are very pleased.

Excellent job. Replaced our old wood siding with Hardie Board. It looks great, and they did a good job installing the window and three new doors. Great communication with the owner (Ralp) and the two foreman (Mike and Lewis) - everything met expectations. We were happy with the job and the timing as well.

National Home Improvements did very good work on a complicated siding demolition and installation project plus a window replacement. The National Home crew showed excellent workmanship and were efficient and good communicators. So everything was done within two day. I love my new siding and windows!! I would highly recommend National Home Improvements and I would use them again.

Ralph and the whole team were a dream to work with. The workmanship was technically and aesthetically perfect, and the crew was great at communicating with us throughout the process. Before installing the Hardie Plank lap siding, they had to remove vinyl siding. The painting was done quickly and is absolutely gorgeous. They worked with our ideas and exceeded what I thought was possible. The price was more than fair for all the work they had to do, and the fact that the whole experience was inter-personally wonderful made it a great deal. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a more beautiful home. I highly recommend National Home Improvements!!

The crew were very friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the outcome. The siding looks great! The price was very reasonable. It feels like a whole new house!
