National Home Improvements is amazing! We started planning a complete exterior home improvement project and sent an inquiry to them. We were contacted immediately by Ralph and we set up an appointment to meet with him. Even during this Covid pandemic, their respect for safety was a number one concern for all and we totally appreciated that. From the minute we met with Ralph to discuss our project and wish list, we felt like we were his only customers and were given full attention. The communication with him throughout made the whole process that much easier. We did a complete outside renovation – new roof, windows, siding, trim, doors and gutters. From day one, you knew his team really took pride in their work. They were polite, extremely hard working and their attention to detail was impeccable. They even cleaned up at the end of each day which was very impressive. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end results…it looks like a brand new home and we love it! Ralph and his team are awesome! The quality of work that has been done is spectacular and the pricing was very fair. Ralph communicates on a daily basis and is very easy to get in touch with. No matter what time or day it is, if I had a question I would reach out to Ralph and get a response immediately. All the workers were very professional, they made sure I was happy with the work before they left everyday and made sure to clean up when they were done. Even during a pandemic, the work was done on a very reasonable timeline and still ran extremely smooth. My house looks wonderful and all my neighbors are asking for Ralph's number. I would definitely use him and his team again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their home.

National Home recently installed a new single membrane roof on our 16 unit condo building. In my over 30 years as a practicing architect I have worked with many contractors. I have seen a full range of companies and people in the building trades over the years. I would say that National Home ranks among the highest level of contractors I have encountered. They have been in business a long time and are very knowledgeable about the work they do. They are professional from top to bottom, from the principals to the workers. I found each person I spoke to to be an excellent communicator. They kept us informed about what they were doing and any changes in the project flow. Our roofing project was fairly complicated but they executed it very well. I would have no hesitation recommending these folks to any of my clients or anyone else looking for a good, honest, and dependable roofer.

James and crew just finished my siding on my house. It was done in one day and they did a great job. They came quickly to do the job because of the hazard of old siding coming loose and the winter wind. The house looks so much better and the hazard gone. I would recommend National to anyone for your siding needs.

I love the windows that James and his team installed, they're super high quality, keeping our old home warm and keeping out the noise of the street and the ocean outside. The installation crew were also courteous and professional and got the job done fast. Great prices too. Highly recommended.

We hired National Home Improvements to replace all the windows in our two story condo apartment. The process of designing and choosing the windows was very smooth, and when the product arrived we were impressed with the quality, especially since Ralph ’s price was lower than other bids we received. Now our windows look better, are far less drafty and noisy and more energy efficient. There were hiccups on the way as there always are with construction projects, but we were very happy with Ralph and his crew responsiveness and commitment to correcting things and finding solutions. Best of all, we were not surprised with added costs and stayed within budget. I have had a lot of frustrating experiences with contractors but glad to say that for this project, I feel we made the right choice.

National Home Improvement did a fantastic job applying all the tile I picked out for my Bathroom Remodel. Ralph was very professional and organized. Kept on top of when the tile will be in the store and ready for pick up to start the project.

I hired this company to remodel my kitchen. Everyone from National Home Improvements was professional, respectful and communicative from start to the and of project. There were some issues but nothing significant and working team resolved it easily. They finished my kitchen on time and within my budget. I am very satisfied with new kitchen, it looks gorgeous. They did full renovation in my house and it looks beautiful, could not be happier!! Always showed up on time and cleaned up when done. We've gotten many comments on how great it looks, and the workers were meticulous (and very nice). They will be called for any future projects!

Floor warped due to door not properly installed, kitchen cabinets not properly completed, roof shingles not finished, destroyed to bedrooms upstairs that were not part of project because HVAC installer read blueprints incorrectly! Failed to follow contract as written !

We had Ralph and his team remove old siding, insulate and side our house. Job was just completed and we were very pleased with the end result. Ralph was very responsive to questions or needs and always returned our calls. He is very straightforward and direct and now considered our friend. We felt the pricing was fair and honest. It is not very often that I write reviews in regards to my experiences with a company . Just like most of the population I only feel obligated to write a review when i have a bad experience. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!!!I felt compelled to share how amazing this company is! My husband and I have a house in Monmouth County New Jersey that was built in the 1920's. We are expecting our first child, and came to terms with the fact we needed to do an overdue complete renovation to our house. After meeting with 6 other contracting companies to do our renovation we began to feel deterred, UNTIL we met Ralph and his crew! He was a gift sent from God for my husband and I. I am by far an easy customer, but Ralph understood my vision and jumped through leaps and bounds to help me achieve my DREAM HOME! Ralph personally kept in contact with us to let us know how things were moving along! I never had to call and inquire myself. I was never left wondering '' whats going on?''He was always available to my never ending questions. " Don't worry Jenn I'm just a phone call away" he would tell me. He would always ease my worried mind with his self assurance and confidence in his team. He really understood the worry and stress an excepting mother was under! I can not thank him enough for the level of understanding and compassion he showed for us. Truly a kind and personable man that makes you feel like family. The price quoted to us was extraordinarily more reasonable then any we had received from the other contractors we had met with. We were on a strict deadline with the baby on his way in just a few months time. Ralph promised us that the renovation would be complete in a comfortable enough time before the baby arrived. HE DID NOT DISSAPOINT!! Every single promise he made to us was met beyond our expectations. Our renovation was complete 14 days earlier then expected and under the price we were quoted. WOOHOO!!!! His crew was tremendously polite and professional. The attention to detail, quality of work and experienced craftsmanship really makes our home stand out from any other in the area! We need more owners like Ralph who takes pride in absolutely everything he does! This company comes highly recommended! If i could give them 100 stars i would. You will not be dissapointed i can promise you that! Every time i come home I'm left speechless by how beautiful our home is! I GET TO LIVE HERE!!!! He honestly made our house feel like home. Ralph was quick to respond to my call, he was friendly from the start, and sympathetic to our needs. His price was in the exact ballpark (we did all our own research on material pricing and square footage of material needed). Ralph was spot on with his quote for materials and labor. His quote stood out from all the others that were just trying make huge profits. My wife and I were diligent in talking to other clients of Ralph’s, and actually driving to homes that his crews performed similar work as to ours. Ralph only takes a 1/3 $ up front to ensure the job is done quickly and properly. Weather permitting, this job was big, and finished within a few weeks, all while working around our renters schedules. We can’t thank Ralph and his crew enough, they were communicative and professional, I would recommend them, and even use them for future projects in my home.

Ralph and his team just completed a large re-siding project on our home. We are thrilled with the results. He is very straightforward and direct. His pricing is fair and honest. The workmanship was excellent. His team is highly professional and respectful. But above all else, the level of communication from Ralph, the owner, was amazing. I have NEVER had a contractor who communicated as frequently. He is available at all times to answer questions or deal with any issues that may crop up.
