The best company we have ever dealt with. The house is now beautiful. The owner and crew are truly fabulous. Wouldn't go anyplace else and we had at least eight quotes.

National Home Improvements saved us from a Contractor From H*** who left us with a roof-less house after removing it and refusing to finish the work. The pricing I was given was was extremely fair and everyone I worked with was a top-notch. From start to finish Ralph and his men were a pleasure to work with and I was very impressed with their responsiveness to my calls and questions. I will definitely be using them again.

We originally received proposals from three contractors to remodel our outdated kitchen and bathroom. After considering all the proposals, the decision to select National Home Improvements as our contractor was very easy. We had that gut feeling from the beginning that this was the right company for us and we were right! We were very comfortable with everything they proposed including a design layout in our kitchen that we never thought of until it was suggested to us. This layout was exactly what we were trying to accomplish in our kitchen without expanding the house. The bathroom remodel was also easy, we just had to select colors and a floor style we liked. From the start of the project to the completion, they were always prompt and professional. They always kept our house clean which was very important to us as we are neat freaks. The people that worked on our project took care of our house like it was their own home. Even our dog was calm around them and became their friend. Upon completion of our kitchen and bathroom project we realized that National Home Improvements also did siding work that we didn't realize. When we asked Ralph for a siding company he told us they are a full service remodeling company that does exterior work too. What a relief. He measured our house and came back in a couple of days with samples and options. We then signed up with National Home Improvements once again and our siding with the color scheme we selected looks awesome. We've heard all the horror stories about bad contractors but we selected the right company that made this a pleasant experience. Thank You!

First of all THANK YOU National Home Improvement!!! National Home Improvements did a first class job on my house. We are so very happy. They did work on my primary residence about 9 months ago and they did it so well I had them work on my shore house. The workmanship was top notch with a great attention to detail and they finished ahead of schedule. They cleaned up very well. We have small kids and they cleaned up daily. National took the stress out of the job, by being very easy to work with. Would recommend National to anyone who is looking for remodeling projects.

The experience was great; it was truly awesome. My neighbor recommended I join Angie's List, and I am very happy I did. For such a large job they did great, enough for me to call in and leave a review. Truly an A+ company. Right from the beginning we knew using these guys was the right choice, the quality of the work was fantastic. They payed close attention to detail, they cleaned up which was very important to us (we have pets), they were very neat and they finished right on schedule. I would definitely recommend National Home Improvement to anybody!!

Ralph and Aaron are great guys! Staff is courteous and punctual. I never once felt as if the work was rushed or shoddily completed. The cost matched the estimate which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using National for any of your home repair needs. We had money saved to pay for the job, but could have used the financing option which National provides which we thought was a nice alternative to paying in cash if needed.

UPDATE 8/7/14: Ralph stopped by my house this past Thursday to apologize for his lack of response for an appointment. He took a look at the kitchen and what I was basically looking for and set the estimate. While we have not yet made a decision to go with anyone at this point, we would probably need to revisit the estimate in more detail. I appreciated his attempt and I think it was fair resolution to an apparent misunderstanding. ************************************************************** I spoke with Ralph on 6/28 about my renovation needs. He gave me the impression he wasn't interested in doing our kitchen probably because of where I lived, he mention something about "you live in the town with the high taxes". That was his opening line. However, he then said he would have his assistant, Daisy, call me that Monday to set up a time to see our space. She never called and I thought that was very unprofessional. I would rather have him say that this was not something he was interested in doing. The rating is not indicative of his work. Obviously I cannot attest to that and from prior reviews, I am sure it is good. I just feel honesty is a better approach. It's stressful enough to try to coordinate a project and gather estimates so when a contractor doesn't follow up with a simple call, it's just adding to it.

We shopped around for close to 6 months looking for the best all around contractor. We spoke to over a dozen companies and had 4 different companies come out to our house to give their presentations. Our kitchen was outdated, the roof was old and started to leak, the windows were not energy efficient and the siding was faded and started to crack. We only wanted to work with one dependable, trustworthy company to complete all of the work at one time. We choose National Home Improvement over all other companies. The owner of the company, Mr. Favilla, first met with me and my wife. He personally took the time to go over every option that was available for us to purchase at the initial consultation. We were pleasantly surprised with the cost of the whole project, when he could start and the total length until completion. During the construction process the workers arrived early, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. With a project this big we were consistently kept in the loop with ETA on the kitchen appliances, tile, granite and cabinets. They did a great job of making sure all items arrived prior to starting the kitchen remodeling. They started the demolition process in the kitchen on a Monday and within 2 weeks my family was sitting in the new kitchen eating our dinner! Overall the experience was great and the workmanship was amazing. Everything looks great and I would highly recommend using National Home Improvement!

It went extremely well. The team was excellent to work with and the foreman was terrific. He was on top of all the components and made my wife & I feel comfortable with such a huge undertaking. We had heard so many horror stories of awful contractors and we were nervous taking on this huge project. National Home Improvements took the time initially to hear all of our goals and the design/consultation process was smooth. They had many creative ideas and listened to what we had to say. Once the construction commenced, the crews were punctual, showed when they said they would and were all friendly, efficient, effective and neat/clean (which my wife truly appreciated) The value that they provided was worth every dime. I have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for and utilizing National was a home run. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality workmanship matched with meeting deadlines and working within budgets.

Ralph and his crew put siding on my house. The siding was a Sandlewood shake shingle type siding. It turned out looking amazing. The crew was friendly and highly professional. Ralph worked hard to ensure a good job was done and that I was satisfied with the job. This is a first class crew and you cannot go wrong with this crew.

National home improvements did a fantastic job on my house. We are so happy with this job.they put vinyl siding on all sides of my house.they replaced my entire roof.they also put windows in my house. They ripped out my old kitchen and replaced it with a kitchen they we can finally invite our friends and family over. Not to mention that my kids finally can sit and enjoy their food on bar stools that sit right on the kitchen. Overall they were very professional and we're always on time.most importantly they cleaned up with a crew every night so that we could live through the renovation of our brand new house. Thank god we did not buy a new house and for this cost we have a new house and appreciated our house because of this renovation by at least 140,000 We would absolutely recommend national home improvements.

This company was recommended to me by a friend. I was so happy they they did a great job because I didn't want to lose that friendship. They started and finished according to schedule. They were professional and picked up after themselves. I really appreciated that since I have 3 kids running around. I had my kitchen remodeled in 1995 and it was a nightmare. its never easy to live in the house during a remodel or home improvements but National made it as smooth as possible.

Siding, Windows, Bathroom and kitchen were remodeled. The team stuck to the schedule and price. The outcome was as I expected. What more could you ask for?

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. After having 2 companies stand me up with dates and times to give me an estimate, they actually not only showed up when they were supposed to but when he was early he waited outside in his truck to make sure he was there for the appt on time. Ralph went over everything that we needed and gave us many options to choose from. The company came highly recommended and the estimate was the least expensive compared to the others that actually did come out . The work was completed within the time frame that was promised. Very professional workers. Never did anyone in our family feel awkward or freaked out when they were completing the work. They cleaned up everyday so we were not tripping over things. Ralph would personally call us as the work progressed. Very impressive. Top notch organization and I highly recommend. You won't be sorry. My wife and I are very satisfied with the finished product. This was great. We spent $59,000 and they were PHENOMENAL! I give them all A's! They were amazing on our house. I can only speak good things about them. They were done in three and a half weeks (right on schedule) and the quality of the work came out perfect. They were polite, respectful, and treated our home with great care. They also left the job site clean and safe every evening and that was very important to us as we have pets. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They were very professional. They started on time and even finished the job two days earlier. The staff they had were very clean and very respectable to my family. We had 3 different estimates on this project and they were able to do the job for a great price.they did not skip a beat which is very hard now a days to get the right company to do the right job. National home improvements is a real class act. The whole experience was pleasurable and the kitchen came out perfect. My friends and neighbors are thinking of doing their kitchens over now. National home improvements just finished trim work I'm my kitchen and dining room. The job they did came out great.

I normally would not take the time to write a review but I really like the work that National did on my house so I forced myself to make time! One of the reasons why We were hesitant about expanding the master bed and bath was because of the nightmare remodeling can be and living through the mess. National was always professional and they always cleaned up after themselves. We found them to be very easy to work with and there was minimum amount of hassle usually associated with remodeling. We also did a bit of price shopping before we started the project and their quote was affordable and they stayed pretty close to the quote now that we are done. I would recommend them to anybody.

It was a great experience. This was our first remodel and it went great.The contractor was so professional and pleasant. Whenever we had questions he always called us back to give us all the answers and updates needed. They were very careful not to ruin our new (3 years old) wooden floors and when we came home from work everything was swept and neat considering we had a complete gut job. Not only that but they are very trust worthy. I would hire them again in a minute!!! From the owners to the installers they really made us feel so comfortable & secure. I highly recommend them. The next project will be to put new shingles on our roof & rest assured we will have National Home Improvements do the work for us.

They were super! When my wife and I bought our house, we weren't sure how we were going to fix it up. I am so ecstatic that I picked them. They finished ahead of schedule, the workmanship was top notch. I am very picky and they were amazing. We plan on using them this summer on our shore house. The process from start to finish was very easy, and the custom work was great.

Joe the window guy and Theo and his crew who did the siding, were fantastic. We now have a beautiful home and their clean up was great as well.

Everything was phenomenal, the experience was excellent. National did a wonderful job on our house. My wife and I are very happy and everything went according to plan. Our house got a complete makeover and the work came out phenomenally. We are so happy, that now they are actually going to do our kitchen as well. The cleanup was done very well and the scheduling was finished in a timely manner.

These guys, Alex and Alexis, were amazing! I can't speak highly enough about them. They said they'd be done in two weeks...I did not believe them, nor was I rushing them. They were done in 12 DAYS!!! Their shop is one hour away from my home, but they showed up EVERY day for a full day's work only with a brief break for lunch every day. They were extremely courteous, polite, respectful to us and the rest of our home and were great with all my animals; even being diligent about being sure that none of the 5 cats or 2 dogs escaped! They left the job-site clean and safe every evening. There were several "glitches" along the way that were handled professionally and without any worry from me. Alex and Alexis went out of their way several times to "make me happy"!! They went above and beyond the work order, ie: when I ran into plumbing problems with the dishwasher AND the washing machine! These guys are very down to earth, relatable, easy to communicate with, trustworthy and honest. My husband and I truly can't say enough good things about this entire experience. From initiation, to Designing to incorporation until completion...Alex was with us from day one. Alexis is very detail oriented and the two of them make for a great team. Ralph and Jerry, on the administrative end could use a little help on the communication end of things, but otherwise, they too, are honest, trustworthy and great to work with. The price that they came in at was MORE than acceptable and greatly appreciated in regard to how they worked with us knowing our financial needs. In summation, National Home Improvements are Contractors that we'd HIGHLY recommend to anyone for any job. Oh, and did I mention that my husband is in construction also, as well as that is my background too; so we are picky and our knowledge of everything they did was probably more than the average homeowner. Their pricing was great, they showed up for a complete days work everyday, were perfectionist, and even completed the job earlier than planned.....what more could anyone ask for!!! We are getting ready to sell this wonderful house...of which will be even more difficult to leave this great kitchen that we finally got after 16 years...and if we need ANY work of any kind...we will only call National Home Improvements. (NO, they did not pay me to write this review!! I just felt that people take the time to complain all the time and not enough people share a good experience. Sharing our good experience can only help other folks out there needing good work/workers and can only help National...I think that's a good thing!! :) good luck everyone!!
