The job went perfect beyond expectation. The roof was done first it was completed in on day and the cleanup was fantastic. We have a grandson and I was worried about nail and debris everything was picked up at the end of the day. The siding started about a week later this took longer but the siding crew worked everyday till the job was completed. Ralph made sure the job was done the way we wanted. Yes we would use National again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We had previously hired a contractor from Angie's list for a different job and it turned out to be a horror story. My husband and I were extremely apprehensive when hiring a contractor again as we had been burned before. We were interviewing several contractors and National Home Improvements was "in the running". We had a parade of contractors from different companies try to sell us and blah blah blah. I felt like I was going to have to live in my horrific kitchen/bathroom situation forever because no one felt right. Then Ralph came along.. what a breath of fresh air. Ralph is the guy you invite over your house for a laugh and a beer. My husband and I instantly liked him, and I don't like anyone. He is honest, real, and personable. From the start he didn't treat us like just another job to make money off of. He truly wanted to help make our situation better ( he even aided in fixing the disaster the previous contractor left us with). As any reasonable person knows construction can never go 100% according to plan. When we did have a hiccup along the way Ralph was upfront about the problem and how to come to be best resolution for our family, timeline, and wallet. Ralph's gregarious personality has cultivated relationships with cabinet specialists, counter top experts and even the township inspectors needed for job completion. This made these aspects of our job go more smoothly than I imagined. His employees were all friendly, professional and made sure to clean up after each day.

Its not often I will take the time to write a review about a contractor that I have used. Not because I don't have the time but because none ever warranted one. Until now! National Home Improvements was by far the best company that I have ever dealt with. Ralph (owner) not only did everything he said he would do but went above and beyond. He was extremely professional, he was always available, whether that be via phone, email or a last minute scheduled meeting. Building a brand new house can be very stressful but I have to say that Ralph and his team made this a wonderful experience. His team: Every contractor that was on the job was very respectful and professional. The quality of craftsmanship was second to none. I would highly recommend using National Home Improvements. In fact, I have. I recommended Ralph to 3 different people ( one who is building brand new, one whos is doing an addition and one kitchen remodel) all of them are extremely pleased. Thanks Ralph for not only getting our job done on time but for also making this process a very pleasant one!

National Home Improvements did a fantastic job on my roofing, windows, siding, kitchen & bathroom remodeling. The workmanship was excellent and the clean-up was great from start to finish. Ralph's prices were fair and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing home improvements. We would also use them again for any future projects.

It went excellent. They did fantastic work on remodeling my kitchen and bathroom, we were very pleased with the workmanship. They even installed new appliances. The cleanup was great. They were courteous and professional. They paid attention to all details. They did everything that was expected and I would definitely use them again. Excellent work. Professional team of workers. Work was done with great care, on time, and on budget. House came out beautiful. And instead of painting every three years ( like I was doing) the siding and trim will stay looking this way for many years to come. Also the men took pains not to damage foundation plantings, patios, walkways or window screens and their care with each cut and placement were just perfect. The result was that we get compliments constantly from delivery men and neighbors on how great it came out. Kudos to Ralph Favilla and his team.

Ralph and his crew did an awesome job on the roof and windows. They really know what they're doing. The work they did was great and were very attentive to details. I would definitely use them again. They are definitely the best home improvement company we've ever used. hey showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend them to other people.

All of our interactions with Ralph were enjoyable and we got to know him very well. Indeed, I believe it would be impossible to avoid getting to know Ralph, because he is so personable. He really is a gifted relationship builder. He stayed in touch extremely well, he was flexible, and he tried extremely hard to please us as his customers. He was also fair with us on pricing, even when we changed our mind about things and he had to make adjustments. A couple of his workers really stood out to us and I would also like to mention them by name: Alexis was an extremely conscientious finish carpenter, and Alex did an excellent job working with us to turn our ideas into doable plans. I believe that anyone who would commit to working with Ralph up front to detail their specific desires and expectations, and then maintain regular contact with him throughout the job, would never be disappointed in the outcome.

We would recommend them wholeheartedly. They were reasonable, punctual, and very responsive to communication. The results were fantastic and we were very happy with them.

National home improvement did an excellent job for both projects. The price quoted was very reasonable when compared to the great work done. From my experience with contractors, this crew was the best I have worked with. They were clean, courteous, professional and did an outstanding job. Ralph (owner) is a very easy to work with, listens to your concerns and tries his best to satisfy, exceptionally responsive to communication and leaves a lasting positive impression upon completion of the project.

Our house is 37 years old and looked its age plus some. My husband and I met with Ralph and he had such great ideas and was so easy to talk to that we knew we had to work with him. Ralph listened to what our vision was and asked the right questions to get a feel for our preferences. Johnny, the project manager, provided us with his opinions as well, and was so easy to work with. Our house came out great, I love coming home and sitting in the driveway admiring it, does not look like the same house! Ralph and his team did an awesome job and will use them for any construction work we need to have done in the future!

Ralph and his crew did a great job with my bathroom remodel. He had a realistic time frame and budget. His crew are very professional and always cleaned up after the days work. Quality of the work was top notch and we get tons of compliments by everyone who sees the new bathroom. We are very happy!

We could not have had a better experience! Ralph always took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. His crew was very talented and professional. They were also a joy to be around. This was a big project for us and everything came out gorgeous.

What originally started as a simple kitchen renovation very nicely turned into a multi-room project as we saw the results unfold and the possibilities spill into the adjacent spaces. The original estimate and budget were spot on and they finished early. We were so please we asked them to remove a wall in the family, which lead to a vaulting of the ceiling in the entry foyer. Each step was executed cleanly and on budget. We were surprised at the efficiency and expediency - we should have done this years ago.

National Home Improvements spent the necessary time designing a brand kitchen layout. They suggested different options that fit my space and needs. All items were delivered on time. National Home Improvements in Kenilworth, Nj did an amazing job on my home. We are very pleased with the workmanship of the roof, windows and siding. The quality of the work was excellent. It went great. Ralph the owner was professional from the start. He laid out the plans to us and his workers followed it through from start to finish. We got a great price for all the work that was done. His staff beginning with his foreman Johnny were tireless workers, and he keep me updated throughout on any minor repairs that needed to be done. It looks like a brand new house.

Fantastic!!!! We were keenly aware of the nightmares people have dealing with contractors. When we started this project we were very concerned and full of anxiety. Then we met Ralph and all of our angst quickly melted away. Ralph and his crew are the best of the best. We trust them 100%. We would recommend National Home Improvement to anyone.
