Ralph and his entire crew were reliable and responsive, and the project was fairly priced, finished on schedule, and looks amazing! The crew was always on time and on the job site every day until the project was completed, often stayed late if needed. Our new Hardie board siding looks amazing. It is like a new home. We are delighted with the outcome and highly recommend National Home Improvements.

Ralph was highly professional. We got a good quote and also the promise of excellent carpentry. Ralph did not fail us. We have beautiful columns and new windows across all the house now. He also made sure all the small finishing touches here and there were done perfectly. He was quick to respond when we reached out to him and communicated with us throughout the entire process. We will reach out to him again for our next project without hesitation.

I have done many projects over the years and working with Ralph and his crew was incredibly easy and satisfying. Not only did he do what he was contracted to do but more without nickel and diming us. Have already recommended him and will to all my family and freinds.

This was our first big home improvement project (new siding) and Ralph was fantastic. He communicated with us daily. There were no surprises or disappointments and he delivered on every promise he made. The best review/compliment that we can give is that we will use him again for more home projects in the future.

My wife and I moved from Jersey City and bought a house in Middletown that needed some work and are so happy we hired National Home Improvements. The owner Ralph (and his foreman Eric) is the consummate professional and a great guy. He spent the time to go through what we wanted to accomplish with the project and quoted us a great price. I think we signed the contract on a Friday and the dumpster for the demo was in our driveway by Tuesday. In our project, we renovated the entire upstairs (including hardwood floors), reconstructed the stairway, replaced our front door, and renovated our refinished basement (including carpeting and electrical). We are thrilled with the quality of the work and plan on hiring him again. This was our first major renovation and Ralph took the time to explain and guide us through it. The one area that we most appreciated was the regular communication keeping us updated on the progress and the inevitable issues that come up in a big project. I would recommend National Home Improvements to anybody. Hiring Ralph is like having a contractor in the family.

Can't recommend Ralph and National Home Improvements enough! Everyone did a fantastic job and we could not be more pleased. My husband was a builder for years so he tends to be a bit more picky than most and was very happy with all the work that was completed. Guys showed up when Ralph said they would, all worked very hard to get our job done in a timely manor without sacrificing on workmanship. We had 29 Wincore 7700 Series replacement windows installed. Initially my husband was concerned with the quality of the window (because they aren't Anderson) but we are quite pleased with them! We will be giving them a call for any future projects we may have!!

We hired National Home Improvements to replace the 35 year old siding, gutters and some windows. They did a phenomal job. Our house got the face lift that it ineeed. The workers were very skilled in their craft. Ralph was always accessible to answer any questions that we had along the way. We now are having the company replace our front steps. We are very excited to see what the finish product will look like. I am sure it will be amazing!

National Home Improvements is amazing! We started planning a complete exterior home improvement project and sent an inquiry to them. We were contacted immediately by Ralph and we set up an appointment to meet with him. Even during this Covid pandemic, their respect for safety was a number one concern for all and we totally appreciated that. They even cleaned up at the end of each day which was very impressive. We couldnâ t be more pleased with the end resultsâ ¦it looks like a brand new home and we love it! National Home Improvement removed old and installed new roofs on 3 of my buildings. From the initial meeting with the owner to the project completion, the experience was a pleasure. They started when they said they would and completed on time. Everything was done professionally and the site was left spotless. Definitely a 5 star company.

These guys are incredibly reliable and do exceptional work. I needed a bathroom done. They were easy to work with. I conveyed my vision. Ralph understood what I needed to accomplish. He was able to complete the job in the most timely manner. The work was exceptionally beautiful. Ralph is the easiest guy to work with . Hes accomdating and professional. This company knows the meaning of customer service and doing incredible installation. I only wish all contractors were like this. Really cant thank them enough for the most amazing bathroom. It is not very often that I write reviews in regards to my experiences with a company . Just like most of the population I only feel obligated to write a review when i have a bad experience. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!!!I felt compelled to share how amazing this company is! My husband and I have a house in Monmouth County New Jersey that was built in the 1920's. We are expecting our first child, and came to terms with the fact we needed to do an overdue complete renovation to our house. After meeting with 6 other contracting companies to do our renovation we began to feel deterred, UNTIL we met Ralph and his crew! He was a gift sent from God for my husband and I. I am by far an easy customer, but Ralph understood my vision and jumped through leaps and bounds to help me achieve my DREAM HOME! Ralph personally kept in contact with us to let us know how things were moving along! I never had to call and inquire myself. I was never left wondering '' whats going on?''He was always available to my never ending questions. " Don't worry Jenn I'm just a phone call away" he would tell me. He would always ease my worried mind with his self assurance and confidence in his team. He really understood the worry and stress an excepting mother was under! I can not thank him enough for the level of understanding and compassion he showed for us. Truly a kind and personable man that makes you feel like family. The price quoted to us was extraordinarily more reasonable then any we had received from the other contractors we had met with. We were on a strict deadline with the baby on his way in just a few months time. Ralph promised us that the renovation would be complete in a comfortable enough time before the baby arrived. HE DID NOT DISSAPOINT!! Every single promise he made to us was met beyond our expectations. Our renovation was complete 14 days earlier then expected and under the price we were quoted. WOOHOO!!!! His crew was tremendously polite and professional. The attention to detail, quality of work and experienced craftsmanship really makes our home stand out from any other in the area! We need more owners like Ralph who takes pride in absolutely everything he does! This company comes highly recommended! If i could give them 100 stars i would. The workmanship was excellent. His team is highly professional and respectful. But above all else, the level of communication from Ralph, the owner, was amazing. I have NEVER had a contractor who communicated as frequently. He is available at all times to answer questions or deal with any issues that may crop up. After having dealt with many other contractors in the past that didn't answer your calls once they started your job, I was so happy to be able to pick up the phone and talk/text to the owner of the company at any time.
