Description of Work: These guys were called in by my home warranty company to examine my boiler, which had stopped working. They spent about 5 min examining the boiler before saying it needed to be replaced. But it took them weeks to submit the report to my home warranty company, which wouldn't approve any work without the report. Weeks during which it was cold out and my family was without heat. And this is despite the fact that I was calling them to ask what was going on almost daily. I found their behavior to be callous and unresponsive. I would never use these guys again.

 + -1 moreEastern diagnosed the issue and ordered the required parts. It took about a week for them to come back to install everything. I cut them a bit of slack since it was a very hot period and I'm sure the high temps were making it hard to keep up with the amount of A/C jobs out there. In the end, they fixed the broken transformer and replaced a few things that previous contractors had broken. In the end, I have a working A/C unit again.
Description of Work: Our A/C unit had stopped working right as summer temps were starting to sweep the area. As it turns out, our A/C Transformer had failed. We were introduced to Eastern Air Control LLC by our Home Warranty company.
