+ -1 moreThey did a terrible job. I'm going to file a complaint because they left my floor cupped. They had to replace it twice. They didn't show up until I had called a couple of times. Someone told me they were fooling around with the contractors and not paying them, so none of them would do the work. My floor still has the same problem. They were the worst.

Description of Work: We contacted them several times for an estimate on wood flooring, both for pre-finished and sanding/staining old wood floors. They kept changing the price, kept sending over the same salesperson that was not knowledgeable at all. Bottom line, when we were ready to go ahead with project, they upped the price even more, saying that their cost had risen and that they couldn't hold pricing (just a short couple of months). We felt that if they didn't want the job, just be honest. Then about 6 months later, they contacted us (after we already had the work done by another company) and wanted to know if we were still interested or should they remove our name from the client list. This company was located in Lakewood. And they had the nerve to ask if we were satisfied with the job another company did. Yes we were.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED. THEY WERE VERY NICE GUYS. EVERYTHING THEY SAID WAS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, RELIABLE, AND THE PRICE THEY GAVE WAS THE PRICE THAT IT WAS. IT WAS JUST GOOD SERVICE.
Description of Work: THEY REFINISHED AND SANDED MY HARDWOOD FLOORS IN JUST ONE BEDROOM.
