I cannot stress enough how horrible Zip 2 Zip was. I will start with the positive. The staff was wonderful to talk to. The crew that arrived on moving day was friendly and seemingly professional. Our kitchen/dishes were well packed. The delivery crew was also nice and professional. That is the end of the positive feedback I have. First, they showed up 6 hours after the scheduled start time. They did not reach out to me at all, I had to call to find out they were going to be late. My wife and I expected some damage with packing an entire home and moving across the country. The amount of our property ruined was mind boggling. Numerous pieces of furniture were damaged including a bookcase and our bed frame, a lamp, and our storage shelves from our basement. Our freezer was scratched in numerous places. One of my media shelves was broken in half, and the other had the top shelf ripped off of it. We paid for white glove service. Our property was dumped into boxes, especially bathroom items. They took containers and poured the items into a box then threw the containers on top. We have an extensive lego and board game collection. Instead of packing these items into boxes, they TAPED them together ruining the boxes. This also happened with some of our funko pop boxes as well. 3 of the boxes were crushed and covered in mold which made my wife and I very sick when they were delivered to our new home. All of our furniture was infected with mold and our new home of 2 weeks required $3600 of mold remediation!!!!! All in, $6100 worth of property damage and the mold remediation cost us $9600 over and above paying for the white glove service that we did not receive. We paid for the full packing/unpacking service. They sent 2 movers to unload and DID NOT unpack. They told me that they didn't know where everything needed to go and left most of the boxes in my garage. Not much help from Zip 2 zip management. I was offered 60 cents per pound of the weight of damaged items!!! Not worth my time. I can replace much of it and live with the rest. I'll let my review, supported with pictures, serve as justice. Look at the pictures I have posted and decide for yourself, but my recommendation is to stay as far from Zip2Zip as possible. Look at the attached photos! Look at the crushed boxes, look at the mold on the boxes!!! Look at how items were just dumped in the boxes, sometimes upside down!!!! They did not respect our property and your property could end up just as damaged. Search for my Google Review to see the pictures. I am not making this up.

They worked very hard moving our stuff to a townhouse with lots of stairs in a heatwave. Also, the driver had the skills to drive the truck in reverse down our former street due to PSE&G construction in the road. Nothing was damaged and almost all boxes were put in the correct rooms.

Tony and his team were amazing! Super accommodating with our time frame with closing on our new house. They took excellent care of all of our belongings and got our house all set up. Would definitely recommend!

The crew of 4 were powerful men yet polite. Highly efficient packing the furniture, blankets and wrapped in a short time. Everything I asked for was done. Price was very fair and I am very satisfied with the service.

Giorgi and his team were efficient and friendly. They got the work done quick and had all the furniture protected. Only thing that was disappointing was discovering how much it costed for them to use tape and boxes for some of the furniture at the final bill.

Very well—both movers were very professional and hardworking. They wrapped, disassembled, and assembled furniture, and all were moved without damage. Went above and beyond by carrying heavy sofas and bed frames up 2-4 flights of stairs, no elevators. Even helped us move items in and out of our car. Went beyond the scheduled time to make sure we were moved in fully.
