Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. This took 4 months of this company blaming the manufacturer, who they claim at the time of the sale that they are the manufacturers biggest customer. And now the second slider has the same problem. But no response from Power. Terrible company. I have a coworker who also has an ongoing problem with a leaky window that they will not replace. Never use this company, go with Anderson."
