+ -1 moreThe project went great. This was not just a prep and paint job, but a true restoration of our 1852 Victorian. Paul and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They actually took pride in the work they did. The house has never looked so good. We saw wood that probably was not been seen in the last 160 years. I commend Paul and his team for working during the 95+ Degree heat wave we had this July. I have Before and After pictures if anyone would like to see them.
Description of Work: Stripped all old paint and stain from house trim and shingles.Powerwashed the house, porches and decks before power sanding them. Repaired cement along foundation walls. Worked with carpenters and pointed out rotted areas that needed replacement. Primed and Painted all trim,fretwork,window sashes, foundation,shingles, & clapboards with 2 coats Benjamin Moore Acrylic House Paint and Soild Stain. Cabot oil stain to cedar decks and Austrailian Oil to Porch Floors.

+ 0 morePaulo is incredible. All workers should be like him. He promptly returned my call, arrived on time to see the work area, gave us an estimate in a timely manner. The day before starting work, he called to confirm and let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time, and got right to work. He did additional work for no extra charge, simply because he wanted things to look perfect. At the end of each day's work, before I could point out something I wanted changed, he was already telling me that he was going to change it. The man is fantastic. It was never a fight or "wait until we are all done." He was ready to make any adjustments with no problems. The total job took 5 days. There was no mess to clean up afterwards. He is truly amazing.
Description of Work: Put up drywall, tiled a bathroom floor, painted, replaced doors, scrapped and painted concrete floor.
