He gave a thorough consultation, discussed and explained the products he uses, and was always responsive to our inquiries throughout the job. His crew was always courteous and polite, and kept a good eye to detail. John regularly monitored the progress of the job in person. He and his crew were flexible in working around our schedule. We are very happy with the results. Very good work all around!
