"This is in response to [removed member name] complaint. 1. First of all, the job was not for 10,000 sq. ft. and a 100 sq. ft. concrete patio but instead for 2,200 sq. ft. and 100 sq. ft. concrete patio. 2. The job was planned to be finished within 1 month like it was discussed with [removed member name]; however, there were big tree roots in the way of the driveway that needed to be removed on [removed member name] responsibility. It took him around one month to do so. We could not start the job on the time for that reason. 3. The job started late not because we did not want to do it but because the roots were still on the path. As the removal and disposal of this material was not on the contract, there was a verbal agreement from [removed member name] and Jag Paving Corp to share the responsibility of the disposal of the tree roots. 4. A few times we had to stop the job because of the high temperatures, over 100 degrees, made it impossible to perform our duty under these unhuman circumstances. 5. Some other days, it rained which made it impossible to perform because the ground saturates and we take the risk on the asphalt cracking and/or sinking in the future. 6. The only water that was asked was not for the employees to drink. The employees asked [removed member name] to connect the outside water for the asphalt compactor to work correctly. The water prevents the asphalt from sticking on the roller. 7. The contract was signed on June 15, 2013 and the last payment was on July 24, 2013. Letās remember that it took approximately one month to clear the tree roots. 8. This complaint comes 3 months after the job was finished. If [removed member name] was not satisfied with the results like he explained, why didnāt he complain when the problem arose or when the job was finished? 9. We are not going to discuss the inappropriate comments on the matter that some of our employees have a heavy accent but would like to let him know that a lot of people have strong accents in this country. To make a comment on this matter is considered extremely unsuitable. In the years of doing business, we have never encounter an issue regarding our employees accents. 10. We are very sorry that he is not happy with the results, however if he feels that we could do anything else to avoid this sour taste, weāll be more than happy to do so. We are more than a business; we are here to help people at the same time."
