Description of Work: This is a list of what was proposed and completed by A & R Builders, Cleared Kitchen clog. Rerouted and replaced new 2' pvc piping got all Permits. -Purchase and Deliver the Materials. -Protect the House and Landscaping. Install chutes and tarps. -Remove all the Old Shingles from the roof. -Install Aluminum Drip Edge. -Install Deck protection. Provide waterproofing underlayment with OC Deck Defense and Ice Shield 3 rows ( 9 feet) and flashing tape.- Install the Roofing Materials. The Owens Corning Lifetime 130 mph Duration Shingles .-Chimney and vent pipes. Step flash, tar the chimney areas. Install pipe collars around the vent pipes.-Job Site Clean up. Provide a dumpster to remove everything,
