Horrible customer service. Arnold has no people skills at all. I had to keep chasing him down for him to schedule me to do some simple work. Eventually, he scheduled me but never showed up. His excuse was that he call me to make sure I was home, when I told him previously several times that I was and he ends up calling me on an old phone number and not the number we've been using for days which is my cell number. I've been a loyal customer for 30 years when his father ran the business on Washington Street in Mt. Holly. Always had a great experience until today. Save yourself the aggravation and find someone who will appreciate your business and treat you with respect.

Arnold, the owner, came to our house and worked on our toilet. I told him that the Toto toilet had been running and I replaced the fill valve and flapper. He found a problem with the fill valve handle that allows water into the fill valve and replaced that and the fill line up to the toilet. He gave us our bill and left. The next day we found that the toilet was still running and called him to come back. I emailed him also, but he never responded. I finally got a hold of him several days later, but he said that if he came out, it would be a new service charge to find out why the toilet was still running! I did not have him come out and found a new plumber who finished the job.

Rip-off artist. Took less than 15 mins. to install new valve probably worth less than $20 and charged $200+. Had the nerve to leave business cards that I promptly threw in the trash can. Definitely will not hire again. My fault for not asking for an estimate but he won't fool me again.

He knew right away that the plumbing line was too short, and extending it would fix the problem.

Wilson Plumbing did an excellent job replacing an old sewer line from the 1950's. The line was made from the old orangeburg pipe that was popular in construction at that time, and had greatly deteriorated and had root infiltration. Arnold Miller was great to work with - after my initial email/ phone call, he went to the property and was able to do a video inspection while I was at work. Once we confirmed that sewer replacement was needed, we got the necessary permits and he was on the scene with his crew a few weeks later. With 3 workers and 2 backhoes they were able to bang out the job in one day. Also replaced the water line which was appreciated. The team took great care not to tear up the sidewalks if it could be avoided. Arnold was very knowledgeable concerning the permit process and dealing with the sewer and water inspectors. It's over 1 1/2 years later and I've had zero problems with sewer backups etc. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a sewer line replacement or repair. One final note: I had estimates from several contractors and Wilson Plumbing was the most reasonable that I found.

Excellent. They responded, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly with no drama. They were careful about bringing the old tank out through the house and bringing the new one in. They left the work area cleaner than they found it, and were pleasant to work with. They are our new plumbers!

Very efficient, friendly and professional. Can be a little hard to contact as they seem to be busy, but I would use them again in a non-urgent situation.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE BATHROOM WAS CLEANER AFTER THE INSTALLATION THAN BEFORE.

I called Wilson Plumbing because my Home Warranty provider could not get there contractor to respond for 3 days to an emergency situation in my basement. I had a waste pipe clogged and spewing water and waste into my basement. When I called, the gentleman who answered gave me a quick estimate all the while he was packing up his tools and getting into his van and drove to my house all in less than 30 minutes. He snaked the pipe. cleared the clog and the overflowing utility sink in even less time. He referred me to a clean up crew. With all that said, he did this all over the phone with me the home owner. I live in Boston. My house in Hamilton is rented by a large family and they were in a desperate situation. Thank you Wilson Plumbing for being our hero. I hope to be able to use you for all my future needs.

Used Wilson Plumbing to install a gas line for a cooktop. Initially was not happy with a rather substantial rookie mistake made by the worker, but the owner came by within a couple of hours apologized and fixed the mistake without any hassle. Fortunately I was home sick so did not have to take off additional time. I felt they were reasonably priced and most importantly, the owner was was prompt and punctual when informed of a problem. Not a perfect experience, but I will hire him again next time I need a plumber and would recommend them to others.

Arnold came out within an hour, and did a great job fixing a water pipe. He also fixed the water pipes in the bathroom sink. Arnold did a great job on my repair.

Arnold Miller responded to my call very quickly. He came out within a hour and helped replace my pump to get rid of the water leaking into my basement. I have used these guys before and are very reliable and prices are very fare and comparable.

The excellent service was provided by Arnold Miller of Wilson Plumbing and Heating. The company answered their phone immediately. Arnold discussed my problem thoroughly on the phone so that he was prepared when he arrived. He arrived in less than an hour to respond to my after hours emergency. I explained to Arnold that I had turned off the water pump to stop the leak but the appliance repairman would couldn't arrive for days said that it could cause my pipes to break since it was so cold. Arnold agreed and before you knew it he arrived, installed the shut off valve, and gave me hints on how to help dry my wood floor! I can't rave about this provider enough for his responsiveness, skills, and reasonable price. Wilson Heating and Plumbing is the only provider I will be using in the future.

They're pretty good. I called them and they came in the next day. They told me what the problem was and told me what the model of the toilet was and they were able to get a part for it. The guys were pretty good. I think it's a family business. It's a pretty positive experience. They were there when they said they would be.

The service went very well. Everything was completed quickly and neatly. Personnel, and owner...Arnold, were pleasant and respectful. Called them again to check on another vanity being installed by a family member who wanted and quot;to help us out.and quot; Answers to calls are always quick.

I would tell the others that they are dependable. They will inform when they will come out. They will call before they come out. They are on time. I would recommend them to others.

They were prompt and fairly clean inside. It's not a process that you want to go through without some planning because it can destroy your lawn and your sidewalk because they have to take it up. In our particular area, they ran into sandy soil which meant there was more damage to the lawn. They did warn us of that upfront and it is unavoidable. We were pleased with their work and everything has been fine since then. They replaced the Orangeburg pipe with PVC pipe and met the specs that had to be met. We were satisfied with their work and they were timely. They came when they said they would be here. Because we decided to have the pipes replaced he gave us a break on clearing out the pipes so we could at least use the pipe until they could get here to replace it which was a couple of days later. It was over a weekend. They could have been a little more careful lying down protective coverings inside the house when they were going in and out. That was the only thing. We didn't compare prices. We don't have any irritations left over from their job.
