+ -1 moreI contacted them immediately via their website and via email and they said they were sorry that I was not happy with the product, but because they were personalized, they could not accept them for an exchange or for a refund. I asked WHY didn't they state that they were made of plastic? got no answer on that. I have no choice but to keep them. They are nicely made, but if I wanted Plastic, I would have searched for Plastic. They also have 2stripes on each collar, which is a reflector and that is nice, BUT a Plastic collar? That is NOT what I was looking for. I will never work with them again and will be happy to share this with all of my dog owner friends.
Description of Work: I ordered two Blue collars for my 2 dogs. I really wanted purple, but they didn't carry purple, so I ordered these as they looked more purple than they did blue. When they arrived, they were for sure Blue. I think they had the wrong color shown as well. They arrived later than I thought, but that was because they were personalized and I understand that, but nowhere did it say they were made of a plastic material. They appeared to be like my other collars, which were made of a heave fabric. It also stated they could be returned for a full refund if dissatisfied.
