+ -1 moreI went in to purchase iPad mini and salesmen ignored me for sometime. Once they understood I was a big ticket customer they were more helpful. They began offering products that they did not have in stock. In my opinion the transaction dragged on much longer than necessary. Thereafter, I had to return to the store on 2 occasions for explanations and fixes for the iPad. The sales force is not particularly Edgar to help customers.

+ -1 moreI think they are great. They have great customer service. I like the phone service and the computer service. The only thing I don't have is the cable service from them. Their employees are just superb. I think the price is reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreI think their customer service department could use some help. There are times when there glitches and I find it difficult to contact them or get good help from them. I do like my cell phone and my particular plan includes my DSL fee. I have 2000 minutes per month.
